Creating Your Reality…Laws And Disclaimers

Dana Mrkich – Different teachers use different words but we’re all really saying the same thing: “believe it and you’ll see it”, “ask, believe, receive”, “as ye shall ask, so shall ye receive”, “If you can see it and dream it, you can achieve it.”

believeThese are more than just inspirational quotes, they are laws of vibration and reality creation. I wish we were all taught this in school, but it’s never too later to remember these teachings and apply them to our lives.

One thing that is important to also know in conjunction with the above is the small print disclaimers that follow : “if it is truly meant for you”, “in the best most right divine timing”, “if it is for your highest good”. These aren’t the Universe covering itself just in case things don’t work out. They are laws working for you. Sometimes we think we want something, or someone, but our Soul can see what is up the road – something better, something more in alignment with who we really are – and so we are re-directed. Enlightenment Is About Being Available

Jafree Ozwald  ~ The most exquisite and enlightening experience of your life instantly shows up when you are fully open, receptive and available to the Universe.  By being completely open, receptive and available to whatever the divine existence is offering you in this moment, the greatest experience of life simply pours in.  Every deeply loving, successful, and magically divine experience will throw itself at your feet when you are open, available and receptive.  This moment contains the magical state of enlightenment, and you can discover it spontaneously when you give up searching “out there” for the happiness, fulfillment or the “answers”, and start trusting your ability to receive the grace that is inherently yours to be experienced.

Imagineexperience you are like a wildflower, who is always opening and receptive to the warm gentle light from the Sun.  The soft delicate flower petals must then also be open to experiencing the harsher elements, such as the wind, rain, fertilizer and competitive weeds for a growing life to persist.  When you live your life like this wildflower, you root yourself deep into fertile soil and welcome whatever enlightening or not so enlightening experiences life brings you.  You know that all the soft and hard elements you attract are necessary for your soul’s highest evolution, and thus allow for each experience to enter you fully.  As a result, a great strength and beauty is developed, and only is seen when you are consistently open and receptive to every experience life brings your way.

The experience of being open, receptive and available spontaneously happens when you have an unshakable trust that this highly intelligent loving existence always knows what’s best for you. Unstoppable receptivity is your ticket into Heaven, and yet to open the door and walk through the gates you will need 100% trust.  When you’ve reached absolute trust on your inner world, your outer world feels this divine quality radiating from you, and the spark of enlightenment instantly ignites within you. Holy Basil Benefits: Growing Your Own Medicine

Elizabeth Renter – All herbs have a purpose—whether it’s culinary or medicinal—but, it’s a particularly good sign when an herb is revered as the “queen of herbs” and is held as a holy plant worthy of worship. This plant, holy basil (tulsi), not only has medicinal benefits, but is also said to have spiritual benefits. What’s more, holy basil benefits can be experienced in an exciting way, as the herb can be grown in your home or on your patio – making it a great addition to your healing herb garden.

Holy basil, or tulsi (OHoly basilcimum tenuiflorum) is a member of the mint family. It’s closely related to the sweet basil you add to Italian dishes and pesto, but the flavors are quite different. This plant is sometimes referred to as pepper basil as it’s clove-flavor is spicier than it’s sweet counterpart.

The shrub can grow to about 30 to 60 cm high, has hairy stems and green (sometimes purple-tinged) small leaves. When allowed to flower, the blossoms are violet. It’s native to Eastern tropical regions and is especially widely known in India and Hindu countries where it is revered as a holy plant.

History and Spiritual Significance

In Hinduism, holy basil is worshiped as the incarnation of Lakshimi, the wife of Vishnu and one of that religion’s most important deities. It is called “The Incomparable One” and “Mother Medicine of Nature” among other things, and can be seen growing outside of Hindu temples. Continue reading

Why We’re All Deficient In Magnesium, The Many Signs & What To Do

Organic Olivia – Signs of magnesium deficiency are everywhere in the United States, if you know what to look for. Unfortunately, the symptoms are so incredibly common that they constantly slip under the radar! Hardly anyone, especially doctors, notice that the ailments we suffer from on a daily basis are actually magnesium deficiency symptoms… and we’re all paying for it. Just about every single person you come into contact with – especially those with a health problem, but even those with only minor complaints – are suffering in some way from this nationwide deficiency. Including you!

What Exactly Is Magnesium?

magnesiumMagnesium is life. It is the 4th most abundant mineral in the body, right next to sulfur (which is JUST as important).

Along with being a mineral, magnesium is also an electrolyte. “Sports drinks” (aka sugar-filled scams) claim to contain electrolytes such as magnesium, potassium, and sodium because we sweat away these important nutrients during exercise, and their deficiency is what leads to the common problems athletes face, such as muscle cramping! But believe me – electrolytes (especially magnesium) do so much more than treat and prevent muscle cramps.

First off, electrolytes are what allow us to be living, electrical beings. They are responsible for all electrical activity (and thus brain conductivity) in the body. Without electrolytes like magnesium, muscles can’t fire, your heart cannot beat, and your brain doesn’t receive any signals. We need magnesium to stay alive, point blank. As soon as we don’t have enough of it, we start to lose the energy and conductivity that keeps us going. Technically, as soon as we become deficient, we slowly begin to die, getting more aches and pains day by day, feeling worse year after year. I can’t stress it enough… signs of magnesium deficiency are everywhere, if you just look. Continue reading
