Trust

Enlightened Beings – When you are grateful for this very moment of your life, you fall into having a natural trust for your future.  When you are trusting in the future of existence, great blessings will flow your way. The world around you may turn upside-down, yet with trust you’ll see that it is simply an entertaining play instead of a frightening nightmare.  With trust, you become so deeply rooted in existence that nothing can shake you.   This trust allows you to trustleave your house, adventure out into the world, and have new experiences with people that open your heart and fertilize your soul.   It is only with trust that you can have enriching intimate relationships that open your heart to a higher purpose, mission and love.  The more grateful you can be for what is here now, the easier trust effortlessly rises within you.   It is through trusting your future that you can see how devoted you are to your spiritual path and a master at practicing the art of letting go of control and going with the flow.

“Nurture your mind with great thoughts, for you will never go any higher than you think.”  ~Benjamin Disraeli

The best way to grow your “trust muscles” is to first consciously let go of all tension that is currently holding in your body.  Check your jaw, breath, shoulders, back and anus.  Notice where you are holding on the most, and ask these parts to relax, trust the process of life and let go.  They may communicate a specific memory or trauma that they are holding on to from the past.  Just let this go and relax deeper into your heart center.  Let any fears or walls to the energy of trust melt, and surrender to a deeper experience of letting go, more than you have in your entire life!  It is only when we go beyond our normal comfort zones that we make any real progress. 6 Evidence-Based Ways Drumming Heals Body, Mind and Soul

Sayer Ji From slowing the decline in fatal brain disease, to generating a sense of oneness with one another and the universe, drumming’s physical and spiritual health benefits may be as old as time itself.

drummingDrumming is as fundamental a form of human expression as speaking, and likely emerged long before humans even developed the capability of using the lips, tongue and vocal organs as instruments of communication.

To understand the transformative power of drumming you really must experience it, which is something I have had the great pleasure of doing now for twenty years. The below video is one of the circles I helped organize in Naples Florida back in 2008, which may give you a taste of how spontaneous and immensely creative a thing it is (I’m the long haired ‘hippie’ with the gray tank top drumming like a primate in the background).

Anyone who has participated in a drum circle, or who has borne witness to one with an open and curious mind, knows that the rhythmic entrainment of the senses[i] and the anonymous though highly intimate sense of community generated that follows immersion in one, harkens back to a time long gone, where tribal consciousness preempted that of self-contained, ego-centric individuals, and where a direct and simultaneous experience of deep transcendence and immanence was not an extraordinarily rare occurrence as it is today. Positive Imprints: quests, lifting out of or transcending situations, trusting self and intuition, discernment, truth, acceptance and approval, providing help to another, the return of forgotten talents and interests, overcoming limitations

Catalysts for Change: social prejudice, selling yourself short/not recognizing self, feeling unappreciated or underappreciated, emotional eruptions or blockages, mistrust, taking advantage, victim mentality, wanting to escape, wild goose chases

Sabian Symbol for the Lunar Month: “a majestic rock formation resembling a face is idealized by a boy who takes it up as his ideal of greatness, and as he grows up begins to look like it”

Today, wise owls practice the art of moving out of the way as powerful waves of energy sweep through the field of consciousness. There is no need to bear a hard impact of this because the purpose of the energetics are to clear away the past. So it really isn’t designed for us, per se, it is designed to clear the past out of our way.

This is happening today due to multiple astrological events: Continue reading

Multimillionaire Bulldozed Decrepit Hometown To Build Luxury Condos For Everyone As A ‘Thank You’

Xiong Shuihua, a Chinese multimillionaire, bulldozed his old decrepit hometown to build luxury condos for everyone, for free, as a humble “thank you.”

Some stories just put a smile on your face. So often our image of rich business moguls is associated with egocentric, narcissistic men who greedily spend their fortunes on penthouses, speedboats, and private jets.

But Xiong Shuihua, a Chinese multimillionaire who earned his own fortune in the steel construction business, has shattered this stereotype, demonstrating philanthropy at its best and proving the existence of “good” in places often seen as grim.

Xiong Shuihua was born in Xiongkeng village in the city of Xinyu, southern China, and said that his family had always been well looked after and supported by community residents during his childhood.

So, after making his millions in the steel industry, Shuihua opted to repay his debt to his childhood community by “updating” the locals’ living spaces. Continue reading

Scathing Assessment: “The UK Economy Is A Ticking Time Bomb

Simon Black – Despite being an otherwise staid, traditional news service, the professional banking division of the Financial Times recently released an utterly scathing assessment of the British economy.

budgetIt was entitled, “The UK economy is a ticking time bomb,” and the editor didn’t pull any punches in completely shattering the conventional fantasy that ‘all is well’, and that advanced economies can simply print and indebt their way to prosperity.

I’ll quote below, emphasis mine:

“What is the problem? Quite simply, the key numbers are terrible. According to the OECD, after five years of ‘austerity’ the UK’s budget deficit is 5.3%, down from 11.2% in 2009.

“In other words, it has gone from being close to meltdown to a situation that is merely dreadful. Continue reading
