Crescent Moon in Cancer: challenge, adventure

Goddess of Wisdom: Chinnamasta (Goddess Who Expands the Mind)

God of Will: Ian (God of the East)

emotionsSkill: follow our emotions to create, innovate, invent, or discover or something, but not let them take over and take us off course

True Alignment: fostering beliefs, self-evident rights of life, directing focus and energy, imagination, endurance and perseverance, recognizing what no longer works, solid foundations, positive influence on situations, increased sensitivity to energies

Catalysts for Change: pushing one’s opinions, demanding to be given something. rushing, impatience with others, wasting energy in old habits, acting out, overly-stubborn, hyper-focus on losses (or the potential to lose something)

Sabian Symbol for the Lunar Month: the music of the spheres

Things may take us by surprise today. One thing that may surprise us is the intensity (a pounding, even) of emotions.

The Sun is disseminating the energy of 5 Taurus and the Sabian symbol (frequency) of “a widow at an open grave.”

The Earth is located at the energy of 5 Scorpio and the Sabian symbol (frequency) of “a massive, rocky shore resists the pounding of the sea.” Continue reading

The Old Models of Work Are Broken

workCharles Hugh Smith – Though we are still in the early stages of web-enabled automation, it’s already evident that the old models of work are broken–though few are willing to admit it. The primary model of work is being an employee in a hierarchy–Corporate America or the state (government) or a government-funded industry (defense, higher education, R&D, Medicare, etc.)

The foundation of employee financial security is the paycheck, which is earned for 1) showing up and 2) following orders.

In the employee model, ownership is generally limited to those with stock options. Those working for start-ups that successfully go public can cash in their options for extraordinary profits; those working for start-ups that fizzle can use their expired options as bathroom wallpaper.

The conventional employee gets no ownership of their work, and this disconnect between the employee and the value created by the employee’s labor is the source of Marx’s definition of alienation: the worker is alienated from the output of his/her labor, which is owned by others.
In the new model of work, the worker has ownership of his/her work and human capital. Security in the new model flows not from dependence on an employer but on ownership of the entire process of value creation which includes the social and human capital of skills, collaboration, accountability and creativity.

I explain this process in my book Get a Job, Build a Real Career and Defy a Bewildering Economy.

As Gordon Long and I discuss in this program on the changing nature of work, in the new model Continue reading

Organic Industry Is Exploding In Wisconsin As Demand For Clean, Healthy Food Outpaces Supply

– While many people still need convincing that choosing organic foods is better for their own health as well as for the environment, that’s not the case for Wisconsin residents. There, the organic industry is taking off in full force due to the high demand for healthy foods.

demandThe state, which has the second highest number of organic farms in the country, boasts 69 organic beef and 466 organic dairy farms, as well as 161 organic vegetable and melon farms. While the fact that people throughout the state want to eat foods void of harmful pesticides and disturbing growing practices is certainly uplifting news, residents are discovering that their demand is building faster than the actual supply of such foods.(1)

Rather than seeing this as a problem, many view this surge in organic preferences as an optimistic trend in which healthy lifestyles are chosen over Frankenfoods. Sure, the demand is outpacing the supply, but the fact that the demand is there in the first place shows that people desire healthy options. Furthermore, it’s not expected that there will be any food depletion issues due to demand exceeding supply; experts point to consumer and population trends that will likely create balance and meet everyone’s needs.

Wisconsin poised to keep its organic agriculture thriving

Dr. Erin Silva, co-author of the “Organic Agriculture in Wisconsin 2015 Status Report,” says that it’s highly unlikely that consumers will slow down in their requests for organic foods. “With the demand still strong,” she said, “we don’t foresee a potential erosion of the organic premium. The projections do continue to see demand increasing over the next five years or so.”(1)

In addition to increased health awareness in general, Silva also says that younger generations who are interested in organic farming will propel the demand while ensuring its availability.(1) Continue reading

California’s SB277 Mandatory Vaccination Bill Passes Senate Committee After Votes Rigged, Public Testimony Silenced

Mike Adams – After California’s vaccine mandate bill SB277 was halted last week with an outcry of public outrage against it, the pro-vaccine mafia machine went to work. Democratic Sens. Ben childrenAllen of Santa Monica and Richard Pan of Sacramento helped pursue a vote rigging agenda to replace seats on the committee with pro-vaccine industry sellouts. A new democrat, Sen. Bill Monning, was chosen to fill a vacant seat, and with his vote in favor of stripping Californians of vaccine exemption rights, SB277 was approved today.

The California Coalition for Health Choice branded the action as, “a rare act of outright rigging the results…” CCHC’s press release also explains, “Adding one vote in favor of the bill wasn’t enough. He also removed the Vice Chair of the committee, Senator Huff, an ardent opponent of the bill, and replaced him with Senator Runner.”

From the press release:

That bill should have died in committee last Wednesday. Instead of taking a vote and letting it die, the bill gets postponed for a week so the author can work on amendments. It’s currently scheduled as a “vote only item” Wednesday. That means no one in opposition will get to testify on whatever amendments the author proposes. How is that good government,” asked Sylvia Pimentel, State Director of the Canary Party, and member of the California Coalition for Health Choice (CCHC).

Arrogant California Senate silences the public, then forces toxic vaccines on them

“This time no public testimony was allowed,” reports the Sacramento Bee, confirming that the California Senate conspired to not just rig the vote, but also silence the public outrage so that Senate “representatives” didn’t have to hear their constituents’ testimony. Continue reading

The Infinite Sea Of Endless Possibility

Zen Gardner – I find it fascinating that we’re able to coexist with so many influences swirling about us. It’s a wonderful “whirled” indeed. That we’re only able to consciously tap into this amazing universe with such seemingly limited access is even more intriguing. Many treat life as if it’s a problem to be solved, but in reality it’s a sea of possibilities to be explored and experienced.

amazing

What we’re up against today in this clearly engineered world that we liken to an engineered matrix is actually just another opportunity for discovery. While the dangers to our species and all living things including our very home planet are very real and cannot be minimized in this increasingly dystopian world, these too are providing mechanisms to help propel us into vast new realms of awakening.

We’re at an extremely unique point in the timeline of human history with vast resources at our fingertips, not just in technological advances that have brought so much information and networking into play, but even more importantly in the surge of elevated conscious awareness that that has risen dramatically in our collective minds and hearts and is now increasing at an exponential rate.

Amazing Discoveries Old and New

Knowing the real truth about what has driven and formed our societal structure is massively empowering. While at first it can be quite daunting to find out virtually everything we’ve been taught and told by so-called authorities in every field of human endeavor are completely false fabrications with sinister intent, once we see past this illusory veil, amazing new worlds to be discovered and experienced open up to us.

This is why almost everyone who embarks on the road of honest research ultimately becomes very spiritual in their outlook on life. Not only do fears subside and melt out of the conscience, but an innate awareness of other realms and forces at play come into our lives.  A  strong sense of experiential knowing gives rise that there is this wonderful Presence both within and without us that pervades and ultimately prevails over the entire Universe with a magnificent connectivity with all things, both seen and unseen.
