Sabian Symbol for the Lunar Month: “the music of the spheres”

This weekend is the last two days of the ultra-important Aries lunar month. The Aries cycle is so important because it is the beginning of the astrological and natural new year, the time when what we seed, intend, or wish for the future. Wherever our minds are and whatever mindset we are holding is what the universe supports. It unfolds all year long. Intentions are important, even if they seem far-fetched or far out of reach at this point.

The goal this weekend is to open to limitless possibility. There is every reason to dream a big dream during the Balsamic Moon phase of the Aries lunation. Perhaps your thoughts, hopes, intentions, and wishes for the future have undergone revision since the New Moon on April 18. An epic shift in consciousness started then, one that we are just beginning to adjust to. Light descended upon us, enlarging our perception of the visual spectrum, which means enlargement of the active areas of the brain. Relatively speaking, Light is limitless now. Continue reading

Discernment – Navigating The Spiritual Minefield

Christina Lavers – There is so much spiritual information floating around of varying quality, and for people who are just starting to awaken and connect with the spiritual aspects of life, it can be a challenge to discern the true gems from the trash.

I decided to compile some tips I have pieced together in relation to seeking external information and mentoring along my journey, and share it here today in hopes it helps others on their path to navigate the ‘spiritual minefield’.

Of course there are many fantastic teachers and teachings out there… finding them is all about discernment.

The Proponent of  Light

This is someone who focuses on love and light. Their words of love ring true and make us feel warm and fuzzy. Their messages are filled with hope and positivity. They encourage the seeker to repel negativity, and become love and light. Their doctrines, however, dispense a neutered version of spirituality. Their practices can make the seeker feel good, feel like we are participating in something profound, without actually enabling true deep transformation.

The problem is that while some of what they say may be true, they are actually missing half of the picture. Balance is crucial in healthy spiritual development. And while it is great to celebrate the beautiful, light-filled aspects of being, it is also crucial to explore and integrate the dark aspects of ourselves. When the darkness is ignored or pushed away, it remains unresolved and continues to burden us at an unconscious level.  Only through integration of our own darkness can we truly become realized beings, reflections of the whole.

One Of The Most Important Scientists In The World: “Most Cancer Research Is Largely A Fraud”

“Everyone should know that most cancer research is largely a fraud, and that the major cancer research organisations are derelict in their duties to the people who support them.” (source)

Linus Paulding

Arjun Walia – The above quote comes from Linus Pauling, Ph.D, and two time Nobel Prize winner in chemistry (1901-1994). He is considered one of the most important scientists in history. He is one of the founders of quantum chemistry and molecular biology, who was also a well known peace activist. He was invited to be in charge of the Chemistry division of the Manhattan Project, but refused. He has also done a lot of work on military applications, and has pretty much done and seen it all when it comes to the world of science. A quick Google search will suffice if you’d like to learn more about him.

This man has been around the block, and obviously knows a thing or two about this subject. And he’s not the only expert from around the world expressing similar beliefs and voicing his opinion.

Here is another great example of a hard hitting quote when it comes to scientific fraud and manipulation. It comes from Dr. Marcia Angell, a physician and long time Editor in Chief of the New England Medical Journal (NEMJ), which is considered to be one of the most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals in the world. I apologize if you have seen it before in my articles, but it is quite the statement.

“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine” (source) Continue reading

This Is The Unknown History Of Swastika

Rena – Everyone knows that the swastika is a symbol of hatred and cruelty, synonymous with fascism that led to one of the most destructive wars humanity has ever witnessed. But did you know that before the Nazis used it, this symbol had a history dating back almost 12.000 years?

swastika

The swastika was an auspicious symbol with positive connotations that represented life, sun, power, strength, and good luck. The oldest swastika dates back 12.000 years and was discovered in Mezine, Ukraine, carved on an ivory figurine. Pottery and coins from ancient Troy dating back to 4.000 B.C. reveal that the swastika was a commonly used symbol. It had been used by Hindus and Buddhists in India and other Asian countries, who thought of it as an important symbol of good fortune, prosperity, and eternity. Moreover, artifacts that have been discovered indicate its use by the ancient Druids, the Celts, Nordic tribes as well as Native Americans. Continue reading

Monsanto Knew 35 Years Ago That Its Glyphosate-Soaked ‘Food’ Causes Cancer

glyphosateEthan Huff – Key data outlining the toxicity of glyphosate (Roundup) was recently uncovered, revealing that Monsanto knew about the cancer-causing effects of its best-selling herbicide more than 35 years ago, as did the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and yet neither entity chose to make this information known in the interest of public health.

Both Monsanto and the EPA knew full well, at least as early as 1981, that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup herbicide, causes cancer in mammals. Earlier studies conducted during the late 1970s and early 1980s appear to have documented cancer-causing effects from glyphosate in rats, mice and dogs, though this information was buried by Monsanto with the blessing of the EPA.

Using “trade secrets” as an excuse to keep the findings of these studies confidential, Monsanto successfully cherry picked and manipulated its cohort of study data to suggest that glyphosate was safe, and the rest is history. Except that previously hidden memoranda that have since come to light reveal a whole lot more about the true nature of this pervasive chemical pesticide. Continue reading
