Full On Blue Moon

“…the rare blue dahlia like that blue moon shew’d things happen only once in…”

“So blue, the word and the condition, the color and the act, contrive to contain one another, as if the bottle of the genii were its belly, the lamp’s breath the smoke of the wraith.” —William H. Gass, from On Being Blue

blue moonKelley Hunter – A BLUE MOON (second Full Moon in one month) ends July with a double exclamation point. Venus returns to Leo, where she will dwell for over two more months, looking for fun in the Sun. Retrograde well into September, this is not a superficial quest. She will soon journey beneath the sky’s horizon, seeking deep within for authentic values, joy and true love. Stories from many cultures tell of the descent of the goddess to the underworld, there to be renewed before she rises again to the light of day.

Don’t be surprised if you have sad or melancholy moments. Scorpionic Saturn challenges Venus to look some tough stuff in the face and turn such lead into gold, to accept yourself fully for who you are and for who you are not. If in this process, you’re feeling the blues, find a window and look for the rainbows in the midst of the rain. Write some soul-rich playful poetry or sing the blues.

“In Balanced Flow where Moon Meets Sun
My StarChild Self On Purpose Runs!
Aligned, Attuned, My PlaySpace Spun
Ready am I, so Here I Come!
Playfully Brilliant in Serious Fun!”
—Mili Dillard, www.PelesPlace.com

“Song Sung Blue, everybody know one,
Song sung blue, every garden grows one…
But you can sing it with a cry in your voice
And before you know it get to feeling good
You simply got no choice.”
—Neil Diamond, #1 song in 1972

Once hot, now cool, blue means many things to many people. What is blue for you? The color of sky or the sea? the Virgin Mary’s robes? jazz or your jeans? Continue reading

8 Doctors Now Dead (Holistic & Alternative) Authorities Point To Murder & Suicide, But Why?

Rajie Kabli – Since June 19th, eight medical/holistic/alternative doctors have been found dead, and at least four of these deaths are being treated as homicides. These deaths have perplexed and rattled people, especially those in the alternative medicine community, and everyone is wondering what exactly is going on. Are these deaths linked?

deathsWe spoke with Erin Elizabeth (full interview is below), who first broke the story after the death of Dr. Bradstreet, to try to get a better scope of the situation. Her mind was reeling after she realized a pattern was emerging before her very eyes. Whenever she began trying to make correlations and connections, another death happened.

Erin is the well-known author and founder of HealthNutNews.com, and Dr.Mercola’s significant other. They personally knew some of the doctors, and after the first three deaths occurred she felt an obligation to keep reporting. Interestingly, mainstream media hasn’t really picked up the story and there are lot of questions that need answers. Authorities are still investigating and slowly providing details. A short timeline of events is as follows:

June 19th – Dr. Bradstreet (well known for his work and research on Autism) found dead in a river with a gun shot wound to his chest in North Carolina. Self-inflicted? Continue reading

How The Mind Affects And Builds Reality

LifeforceApp Jane Harwood – It’s not something that’s easy to understand, so when I met with retired psychology professor Gerard Muise and his wife psychology expert Marie Lise Lavoie, I had a ton of questions.

For the past fifteen years they have been exploring a phenomenon that has been haunting them.

Do our thoughts really affect outcomes?

Does the universe really provide information for us?

They’d been pondering these questions ever since their first contact years ago with the Princeton studies showing “an interaction of human consciousness with physical devices”. It wasn’t until they retired that they got to fully explore this marvel.

They eagerly tell me that their first confirmation came when they built a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) apparatus that untouched would generate ones and zeros. They tested it with a number of different people, who would will the computer generated spoked wheel to turn to the right or left simply with their minds, and astonishingly it did. Sometimes it even turned multiple full 360 degrees in the same direction. Oftentimes people who agreed with the theory would have greater success, and bonded couples also had better results.

“We couldn’t believe it but the data was there,” said Lavoie. “ We kept checking it over and over, wondering how it could be. The influence of the mind appeared even more powerful than we could have ever imagined. We kept testing using different methods and we are now confident that consciousness does indeed affect and build our reality.”

They continued to tell me that this was the first of many experiments they conducted, all of which continued to support the theory time and time again. The couple says this finding can give a whole new meaning to one’s belief system and how one can influence the outcome of any given circumstance. Continue reading

The Human Mind Is A Wonderful Masterpiece, But Can Also Be A Dangerous Master

Frank M. Wanderer Ph.D – The Human Mind is a wonderful masterpiece that has immense potentials. Most of the potentials, however, remain unused at most people, since it is not us who are in charge of things, our Mind takes control of us. Our Mind is rushing through life with us like a car running without a driver, causing us constant suffering and sorrow. But if we were able to control our Mind, our life would change completely. This mad speeding would change into a beautiful, creative dance, giving us happiness, instead of pain. The question is therefore, how we are able to take control over our Mind?

The Nature of the Mind

mindIn order to control something, we first need to know the thing concerned¸ so we must know our Mind so as to be in charge of it. The most important thing we need to about our Mind is that it is not something that exists separately, individually, like some inanimate object. The Mind is not an object–it is a process. The process of constantly streaming thoughts. This stream of the thoughts is what we perceive as the Mind. When these thoughts disappear, the Mind disappears with them, as the two are only able to exist together. The very basic nature of thoughts is that they are in a constant move, and this motion, almost automatically, creates the Mind.

A characteristic feature of our Mind is that it keeps roaming, wandering; it operates in something like an automatic mode. Thoughts come and go all the time. If we attempt to suppress them, it is only possible with considerable efforts, and even then to a short time only. In most of our waking time, our Mind wanders either in the past or in the future, in our thoughts we deal with our experience of the past, offences we suffered in the past, or with our future plans, goals and fears.
