Welcome to a beautiful day, courtesy of beautiful energetics.

One of the primary dynamics in effect today is to not make things harder than they need to be.  When we ease up, things will begin to flow and even lead to something fulfilling (dare I say fun?).

In the spirit of this theme, let’s lay out the day’s the energetics, and then get on to something else.

1– Release struggleWe are in the time of the solar-lunar year that is like a month-long Crescent Moon phase.  Crescent phases are characterized by perseverance through challenges — what could also be described as struggling through difficulties.  The struggle is not necessary.  Struggling involves judgment.  Perseverance means we just keep showing up, keep going, head forward, without stopping.  The wisdom of the Crescent phase energy is “Don’t give up; don’t ever give up.” – basketball coaching legend Jim Valvano.  Struggling is exhausting.  Releasing the need to push for a specific outcome is much easier on the body, mind, and soul.

2- Open up Space If and when things become complicated, mentally stop and step out of them.  Take a few deep breaths.  Allow the field to realign.  Doing so enables the interplay of the energetic that the Earth is discharging today: “Cupid knocking at the door of a human heart.”  Allow things to take different forms.

3- Confidence Today the theme of confidence in self and confidence in Divine guidance and direction repeats within the Sabian symbols today.  The Earth is located at “an old fashioned well” and Venus at “the garden of the tuileries in Paris.”  These are about things that are reliable and supported.  We can draw deeply from the well of consciousness that dwells inside of us – our inner resources.  The exact things we need are neatly laid out for us to visit or revisit.

The energy takes us somewhere specific today – someplace where light will enter, someplace that helps us understand.

This is what’s in store on the magic carpet ride today.

Now, on to the beautiful part.  (I am publishing this main part of the report and continuing with the P.S.)

P.S. – Going Deeper Into the Neo-Gnostic Well

(This addendum is for readers who follow the “neo Gnostic” part of my work.)

I get a little bit excited when the Wisdom Goddess Shodashi makes a surprise visit.  I actually get a lot excited.  So my fun for today is to wax poetic about Shodashi and how her duo with Tara today is a beautiful blessing.

Kali, Tara, and Shodashi are the three primary Wisdom Goddesses (the Mahavidyas or ten “aspects” of the Goddess Gaia Sophia).  Yesterday Kali and Tara combined to guide a wave of endings of things and beginnings of things.

Today, Tara and Shodashi combine to guide a wave of alignment.  Tara guides; Shodashi aligns. So we have both Divine Guidance on things and Divine Intervention toward what is in better alignment with our highest and best interests (of self and the fellowship of humanity).

Tara is more indirect; Shodashi is direct.  Since Shodashi joins Tara today, things will be set straight.  Let’s look at how and why.

Each of the Wisdom Goddesses is many things.  Shodashi is an artist.  She is a dancer.  She is a drummer.  She draws things – mainly lines.  Her interests lie in form and symmetry.  She is a calligrapher of sorts; print and lettering are her specialty.  Her line is evident in the feathering of marble.  Whatever course we are on, she will direct it back into proper form.

The tradition of Shodashi holds that she is ever-youthful, and is viewed as the “youngest” of the Mahavidyas.  They are all the same “age” (as in created at the same time), but Shodashi’s spirit is the most youthful in that she holds wonderment, which is a quality that is often seen as childlike.

In a twist of complication that is unique among the Mahavidyas, Shodashi is simultaneously childlike and concerned with creating beauty, as well as dutifully performing her primary designation of facilitating the return of the Demiurge, the Chief Archon, back to its Source – the goddess Gaia Sophia herself.  Shodashi leads that initiative.

It seems counterintuitive that the “childlike” Goddess of Beauty would be the Mahavidya charged with this service.  It would seem that the fearsome goddess Kali would have this task.  The reason for this is that Shodashi can make a hard task or mission more fun.  (Blasphemy!)

It takes pure, beautiful acts of love to dispatch darkness back to Source.  Shodashi is uniquely equipped with such resilience.  She is a sonic boom of dissolution of archontic energies.  She does not let up.  She reverberates.  She is relentless.  She is limitless.

Shodashi brings the most beautiful things and the most beautiful thing: freedom of the human mind from the tyranny of control so that the true spirit of humanity can be expressed.

So today, we get down to business and get things straightened out, but with a twist.  Shodashi provides a challenge within the challenge.  Can we “do” today with joy in our hearts?  Can we find a way to have fun? Can we trust?

Children do.  We can, too.

Here’s to Shodashi, the Desert Rose.

I dream of rain
I dream of gardens in the desert sand
I wake in pain
I dream of love as time runs through my hand

I dream of fire
Those dreams are tied to a horse that will never tire
And in the flames
Her shadows play in the shape of a man’s desire

This desert rose
Each of her veils, a secret promise
This desert flower
No sweet perfume ever tortured me more than this

And as she turns
This way she moves in the logic of all my dreams
This fire burns
I realize that nothing’s as it seems

I dream of rain
I dream of gardens in the desert sand
I wake in pain
I dream of love as time runs through my hand

I dream of rain
I lift my gaze to empty skies above
I close my eyes
This rare perfume is the sweet intoxication of her love
