Stop A Heart Attack In 60 Seconds With Cayenne Pepper!

Heart disease is the number one killer in America today, which is quite astonishing due to the fact that it can be prevented and reversed through proper diet and lifestyle choices. (1) But did you know that you could stop a heart attack within one minute by using a simple ingredient – the cayenne pepper?

Capsicum, the miracle remedy that can stop heart attacks

CayennePepperIn a study published in the journal Circulation, a researcher from the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Keith Jones, discovered that capsaicin, when applied to the skin of mice, caused sensory nerves in the skin to trigger signals to the nervous system, thus creating a “pro-survival” pathway to the heart. (2)

What’s even more surprising is that capsaicin caused an 85% reduction in death of heart cells, which led to Dr. Jones believing that it is a form of “remote cardioprotection,” and predicting that it can save many lives with the proper dosage and applications. (2)

What some natural health experts say

Famous healers such as Dr. John Christopher, N.D., and Dr. Richard Schulze, N.D. brought cayenne pepper into closer attention. As a result, they were amazed with the health benefits of this simple pepper that is easily accessible to anyone. (3)

In fact, Dr. Christopher claimed that in his 35-year career, he had never lost a patient to a heart attack because of his cup of cayenne tea remedy. After about one minute of consumption, patients remained safe. (3) Claims by these doctors were based on personal experience.

Two ways to use cayenne pepper to stop a heart attack

First and foremost, it’s important to know that in order for this to be effective, the cayenne pepper must be at least 90,000 heat units (HU) according to the Scoville scale, which measures the concentration of capsaicin. (3,4)

If the person is conscious and breathing, mix 1 teaspoon of cayenne with 1 cup of warm water, making it a ‘cayenne tea’ and give it to the person to drink. However, if a person is unconscious, using cayenne extract or tincture may do the trick. Simply place a couple of drops under the person’s tongue and let the effects take place. (3,4)

As noted, Dr. Christopher claimed to never lose a patient in his 35 years of experience if a patient walked into his office conscious and breathing! He attributed this fact to his use of cayenne pepper. (4)

Used throughout history

Many experts believe that the use of cayenne pepper in Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisines is what caused the countries to have a lower incident of heart disease.

Cayenne pepper has been toted for its ability to help lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, discourage blood clots, and increase vasodilation. In addition, it has strong antioxidant potential due to its lignan, which helps reduce free radical damages. (5,6)

Cayenne is also used in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and by modern-day healers. They advise that capsaicin can be used for problems with digestion, circulation, and pain relief for joint pain, back pains, shingles, and even migraines. (5)

It is common to enjoy this spice raw or cooked. Add it to your raw chili, stir-fry it in Asian dishes, or even include it in enchilada casserole. Just make sure you use cayenne peppers that are bright red and intact without any abrasions, cuts, or molds. Wash them well and avoid touching your eyes when handling them! Eat them in moderation as they can cause stomach pain when overindulged.
