Alright. In this particular Article, I want to talk about living loved and to create the energy field of Love so that you can feel Divine Love.

So what we’re going to do is just a simple kind of expansion. With every breath out, you are imagining yourself expanding and actually just sort of fading away. So you’re going to fade into all of Creation or be absorbed in Divine Love.

As you continue with each exhale, just kind of a little more expanded until you feel you have become ghostly or disappeared into all of Creation. And then what we do is fill with Love.

Love is the primary force of Creation. Love is the lesson of this Universe so it is readily available. It is really the first and foremost energy. Yet many reject it or feel that it doesn’t come to them. So again, fill with love. Fill all the emptiness with Love.

Then what we’re going to do is compact that back in. So on the inhale, you are sort of shrinking back into a dense sensation inside the body. Good.

And then just imagine that you are filled with this bright white light that is 100% Divine Love.
