Divide And Conquer Or Conscious Reintegration

SolielSoleil – In the past, political masterminds would use the ‘Divide and conquer’ strategy.

These days manipulators no longer need to send out sub-manipulators to divide communities.

Instead we find ourselves being divided against ourselves individually one by one.

We live as a collection of abilities and sensibilities in conflict with other such within ourselves. The proximate causes may be pollution and toxicity, enforced time-keeping and conditioning that seemingly come from outside ourselves.

That is probably partly true. I’m not about to do battle with ‘other’ in whatever malevolent form it takes because, should I manage to destroy even one dastardly demon, it will metamorphose into another perpetually. What I can do is have the courage and tenacity to deal with the process of disempowerment as it happens within myself.

Sometimes emotions override clear comprehension; sometimes the intellect takes charge and, as a result, feeling is relegated to the back burner.

Sometimes fear binds parts of a person so tightly that s/he dares not venture into any unknown territory and derides those who do,

Sometimes the body calls for attention through illness or discomfort or a lack of energy.

Speaking personally, sometimes, left with such a weak dribble of available energy, I close my inner eyes and prefer to avoid action or submerge myself in a mire of diversions – these days they are often digital diversions that suggest but never fully deliver a fuller experience of living.

At other times, a different path is taken. As I see it, unwrapping those vulnerable parts of myself and welcoming them back home is as simple as consciously taking a single step while experiencing the process with uncensored clarity and engaged attention.

It’s as simple as breathing, while consciously being with the breathing process – one breath at a time.

It’s as simple as opening the door by knowing that you intend to do it; feeling the muscles in your arm contact as you reach out; feeling the contact of your palm and the inner surfaces of your fingers touching the handle of the door and momentarily grasping it; feeling the energy flow along your arm to your hand as you are about to turn the handle; feeling the motions of turning and pulling as the door swings open; sensing a different quality of air washing over your bare skin as the motion of the door occurs; being aware of a new light source coming in; making the effort to step across the threshold and be where you are – right now.

It is a process I have observed in spiritual and Shamanistic healers as they bring diverse and outside-time aspects of themselves consciously into the present. The full team then act together to bring about healing on multiple dimensions at once.

You do not need strange substances or magical abilities to reconnect with all that you are. All it takes is intention, courage and focused openness of mind as you tune into each experience – one moment at a time.
