If you reside in a warm dry climate or desert:
Place four rocks spaced evenly apart in a square and stretch a large piece of cellophane over the rocks. In the center place a pebble and directly under the location of the pebble place a drinking cup. As the sun bakes the soil it will bake the water content out of it in its gaseous form. The H2O gas meets the cellophane and condenses and the water droplets run down hill into the cup.
This is truly survival.
