With this in mind you need to put in the preparatory work to make sure everything is as close to perfect as you can get it before opening your doors.

Of course you’ll need to start out with a good idea. Great ideas sell themselves. So, how best to proceed?

Research The Market

Do your homework.  Research the market. Spend time analyzing market trends and investigate any market needs that exist that are not currently being fulfilled. Is there something local consumers need but cannot find?

Perhaps your small city doesn’t have a conveniently located tire shop. If this is the case, you should think about fulfilling that need by starting a tire shop in a central location. businessJames Gilliland – I find it odd that all over the internet NASA is disclosing the fact that UFOs exist and they have been working with them. I think after the Texas poll where 99% of the people said they believe in UFOs they had to jump on the band wagon.

It is no longer disclosure. It is a confession. Why call it disclosure when the fact of the matter is we want a confession? Why have they allowed the abductions, sold us out and contracted with known malevolent off worlders, tormented contactees; sometimes with deadly force and call it disclosure?

Another point I would like to make is like walking on the edge of a cliff. It is concerning politics. I resonate more with Jill Stein than the front runners yet have a hard time observing a pathological liar, murderer, bullier of women sending henchmen to terrorize her husband’s victims, accuse her opponent of what her and her husband have a long track record of doing.

The Bribe Inc, play for pay institution they have created, ripping off donations for women, children and families in extreme need in Haiti has no standing in questioning others’ business ethics.

This is evil personified. Bad humor and men’s locker room comments, although in bad taste, do not measure up in the least with the accuser’s history yet that is what is hitting all the press. Guess who owns the lame stream press and guess who wants things to continue business as usual?

A Report From Middle America

MiddleClassAmericaI was recently involved in a day of meetings with small business owners in the American Midwest. It was both encouraging and sad at the same time.

What I Found First

Overall, I found a large room full of productive human beings. It was uplifting. Most of these people were between thirty and seventy years old, more men than women, and they were all productive people, the kind who get up early every day, make sure that complex systems are producing properly, fix anything that is broken or near breaking, plan for the future, cooperate with large numbers of other people, and then go home at the end of the day and love their families.

If all the world lived like these people, we’d be halfway to a paradise by now. And that was a thought that made me sad.

Why? Because these people – by any standard of decency – should be left alone to create their better world. But instead, they are forcibly tied to wasteful, parasitic, and destructive systems. Half or more of their earnings are taken from them every year. Their actions are restricted by their moral inferiors. They live less than half the rewarding lives they should be enjoying, and for no defensible reason.
