Alright. Well let’s see here. We have the power of the Sun and a celebration of Light or Illumination to be celebrated by illuminating from within.

So what we want to do as a cellular process is just go inside and pick a cell, maybe a bone cell, and go inside and light it up. Then pick another cell, maybe a red blood cell, and just imagine it glowing brightly. And then maybe a brain cell or some eye tissue or part of your heart muscle. Just keep going around the body visualizing individual cells becoming very, very bright like the Sun or the source of Light, fully illuminated and giving off energy, giving off life energy.
