How denial and hurtful experiences work together

healingJack Adam Weber – Our wholeness is our joy, our thriving, our passion, our enjoyment of and creative service to life. Yet, we lose essential aspects of our wholeness in ways that we would least expect.

Here I discuss how denial and hurtful experiences work together to stymie our experience of thriving.

When we are hurt by others, we will often disavow (reject) in ourselves the qualities that hurt us, until we heal that wound. For example, if I have been hurt by another’s anger, I might vow not to be angry and thereby deny anger in myself. But, when I deny my anger, I also deny the ways it can be used to help and to protect myself and others. These life-affirming “ways” I call the vital qualities embedded in an emotion or experience. Truth Or Denial In The Age Of Information Overload

Zen Gardner – A lot of people are getting more frustrated than ever with either trying to wake people up, or just witnessing the apparent absolute ignorance of people not being able to notice what’s really going on around them. There are many reasons for this, and it’s an age old problem.

In today’s world, it appears it’s because things are crystallizing so fast and the flow of changing information coming at people is so massive it can barely be processed anymore by the lower density mind. True to some extent.

You’ll soon see that doesn’t hold up when it comes to consciousness.

But as a result of this onslaught people just shut down. In spite of so much Truth being more readily available than in any other time in history people still choose to close their eyes and ears. This info-barrage is no excuse for anything, but it’s part of the reality of the effects of this swirl of accelerating craziness that’s spinning around us.

And that’s just what’s on the mental, informational surface. Vibrationally and spiritually things are even crazier as the Matrix and its inter-dimensional minions furiously fight against the natural progression of change and advancing energetic waves of Truth our world is experiencing.

All this may not appear to be an improvement to many following this recent galactic alignment and change of ages, but despite the chaos getting loosed on the world we are definitely moving towards a much greater conscious state of awareness and energetic power. It’s getting free enough to see and experience all this that’s the major issue at hand.

Don’t let the confusion and chaos fool you. Keep your ship steady as she goes. It’s all a transition, but man the helm diligently. This is the real deal and it’s about to get very personal if it hasn’t already.

The Death Knell Of Denial

“Hopefully, the hundredth monkey will turn up soon. That way, my country can face up to the horribly destructive part of it which has always existed and find it’s humility to follow what it knows is right in its heart.” – Freefall

CrackedLibertyBellI’m not going to get into the 9/11 narrative at this time. I would assume that by now, most who would view this article pretty much know the score. All that is left is crashing through the barrier of goyim sell-outs in order to expose their Zionist masters at the helm.

The story that occurs over and over has always been the same. It is the unwillingness of the people to face the truth by simply accepting no substitutes.

The sad part is that the “events” that have led us to continue to alter our trajectory resulting in an increasingly darker world could never have occurred had we awakened to the ones that preceded them. A real investigation of the JFK assassination mandated by a public that would not tolerate otherwise and thereby uncovering the true culprits would have stopped the bogus Gulf of Tonkin incident in its tracks. Therefore, the war in Vietnam would have never gained traction. Continue reading

Healing A Society In Denial

“When you’re in it, you can’t see it – and that is the true definition of “insanity”. Yet, here we are doing the same things over and over again, calling it “reality” and expecting a different outcome.  I don’t know about you but this isn’t the “reality” I choose for myself or my precious, intelligent, beautiful children.” J Deisher

NewAgeWorldBeliefs can become patterns if you hold them long enough. People don’t like to have their belief systems challenged as sometimes they are the very foundation used to “survive”, emotionally speaking. Today, something is obviously not working, yet we still struggle with the idea of confronting and releasing our old conditioning and beliefs, healing, and making real change.

At this point in humanity’s history it seems that there are many who are desperately hanging on to an antiquated social belief system, many aspects of which they don’t even realize exist or affect them. Our social programming goes very, very deep; it is attached to our sense of Value, and Self. And it is in the shedding of this outdated programming that we find the ability to expand on the Heart and our relationship with Self, and know what is best for each of us individually, and authentically.

I see people everywhere who are beginning to awaken to the world around them and, as much as I try to avoid labels, many experiencing a kind of ‘Stockholm Syndrome’; the psychological state of identifying with one’s “oppressor”, in whatever form that oppressor takes. It could be in the form of a physically or emotionally abusive relationship, or addiction. It could be the controlling societal conditioning we have been subjected to or the lip service we’ve accepted from our “governments” who falsely tell us they have our best interests at Heart. It may be any any imposing influence that leave us feeling “less than” in some way.

It takes a great deal of resilience to be Awake in this world; we see an apparent lack of integrity almost everywhere we look, and it can be difficult to maintain a sense of clarity in among all the confusion, the dichotomy, as we try to talk and walk two different paths. We hear our “leaders” speak of integrity and priorities on a daily basis, yet we watch as people struggle in poverty and hunger, and wars are started in our names. And rather than admit this abuse, a failing of the status quo, many still protect and defend it, and mock those who threaten it.

Where is the integrity in their words? And where is the integrity in our actions?
