Alright. Well we have the energy of the Wesak Full Moon. Then we have a strong feminine power coming in. We also have the opportunity to soar spiritually, to really achieve new heights.

So my encouragement at this start of this Spiritual New Year is a very specific One cycle: so it’s beginnings, begin again, reinvent yourself and really spring board into a higher aspect of your own consciousness.

All of that is done by going deeply within and to awaken more depth of power from within your own consciousness. All power lies within.

Psychic Boundaries

Alright. I want to work with psychic boundaries on this call. We’re having quite a bit of energy stimulating the Third Eye center amongst other things but specifically telepathic powers, the melding of energy fields and the sharing of thought forms.

So if you’re irritated about something, for example, other people are going to be hearing your mind chatter and vice versa. What I would suggest that you do is, as quickly as possible, discharge the energy. Then be a channel of Divine Love.

So if something is upsetting you, do your best not to let the mind loop it but rather maybe just take a deep breath and send it down to the ground or up to the sky. Discharge it from the body so that energy isn’t there.

You can also use any other healing techniques that you like, like tapping, and Sedona Method. There are so many that might work for you. And then I would say that commitment to channel Divine Love is also a way of softening everything. Continue reading →

Birth, Death, Enlightenment

Alright. This is the beginning of Saka Dawa, a very important holiday in terms of Tibetan Buddhism to celebrate the birth, death and enlightenment of Buddha.

I want to talk about you, individually, and the process of birth, death and enlightenment. The wheel of re-incarnation is experienced until the point of enlightenment and then at that point one can continue with the Bodhisattva vow to reincarnate till there be no longer suffering on the planet or till we all reach enlightenment or whatever the case might be.

And then the process just in-between of birth and death and how one removes the other, you can just simply embrace existence for what it is, exactly how it is, and keep smiling about it.

And then I also invite you to ponder the focus that I put forth for the World Servers Broadcast this week which is “Everything is liquid light”.

Three Star One Navigate My Body

Alright. Now, hmmm, I think one the most important things to note during this time period: we have made it through two eclipses, we are headed towards the Wesak Full Moon which is the Spiritual New Year for Lightworkers, and we’re building up to a potent time.

There is a lot going on, a lot of old emotions being flushed out, a lot of physical plane challenges, including health challenges, and some other things.

So I thought today I would give you a method to work with Three Star One. And it is a request that you make that goes like this:

“Three Star One please navigate my body.”

Now the sensation that you’ll feel when you make that request is coming up from the Solar Plexus, up a little bit, underneath the sternum, and sort of the sensation like the diaphragm is raising up a little bit or you’ve got a little pressure pulling up and it’s effect is that the lungs change dramatically. So when you breathe, you’re really using full lung power. So even though it feels like a little bit of pressure or constriction, you actually get more oxygen going to your system. Continue reading →

Gratitude From The Heart

Alright. I want to work with a pink color, it’s kind of a pale pink, pale rose pink, maybe rose quartz color for some of you. And work with the flow of gratitude. We really kind of want to see a pink color gushing from the Heart Chakra, just sort of spreading that gratitude and that Divine Love energy all around the planet to every part of Creation really. So it can go much further than just the planetary consciousness.

And then I want to add violet flame all around the body, the all-consuming violet flame, that would be a very pale color of violet and it would be Fire element of course.

That is to help transmute the past. We’re going to have Mercury moving into Sagittarius and we also have a New Moon, which brings new beginnings during this week so there are opportunities to patch up relationships.
