The way to eliminate the weight or anguish of your life quickly is to begin to discipline and control the ego. There is no emotional pain that is not ego-driven. We don’t want to eliminate the ego completely. Otherwise we’d be wandering

around the house each morning, drinking coffee for hours, saying “Who the hell am I?” We need the ego to sustain a sense of identity.

However, if you’ll start by calling ego’s bluff, and understanding the games it gets you into, you can develop strategies for managing things better. You really don’t need any qualification or high-powered university degree to understand the psychology of the ego’s machinations. Its ways are predictable and easy to understand.

Watch when it suckers you into importance. Stifle it when it seeks more and more gratification. Ignore it when it offers a hundred questions. Answer most of its questions — let it know that you’re not interested and that you just don’t care.

When you experience frustration, look for the vision that’s denied. Look at the time frames you’ve invested that vision with. Develop patience. If you see yourself as an infinite being, you have all eternity. You can wait forever if needs be.

When angry, look for the loss. When you’re sad, also look for the loss — sadness is just another manifestation of the same reaction. It’s OK to be sad sometimes. Just agree to whatever loss is making you sad, then look for freshness and beauty and the life force. Happiness returns in a moment.

Remember, all mental weight comes from the interaction of two or more opposing forces in your mind — your reaction to circumstance, and your opinion or desire. You can fix most of the contradictions by controlling circumstances better and learning not to react when they don’t suit. If you have less resistance, your opinions and desires will be less rigid. You’ll learn to flow through life rather than fight your way along.

There is a miracle taking place right now. We have said three little words, Greetings from Home. It took that amount of time for you to fully integrate our energy. We tell you that this process is speeding up. The larger vision of humanity on planet Earth is starting to change in many different ways. Therefore, we wish to take you through some of the changes that are ahead of you today. At the same time, we will also give you the larger picture as to why these changes are happening and why they are needed at this moment. Let us explain.

A Finite Being Dancing in Density

Everything on your side of the veil is what you call finite. In other words, it exists within a field of polarity and the illusion of time and space. Therefore, everything must have a beginning, including the planet itself. When you first incarnated on planet Earth, you did not have the physical bodies. Nevertheless, you were with her from the very beginning of her birth. Many of you had non-physical body similar to what you would consider angels or beings with ethereal bodies. Afterwards you developed these denser bodies because the Earth was cooling and gaining density at that time. In order for you to maintain your connections, you began to dance in density and to gain new physical bodies, which have gone through many evolutionary steps in the short time that you have been here. Your medical sciences currently do not think that the human animal is evolving. However, we ask you: Whatever made you think it stopped? It has been evolving since the very moment it was on the planet. You will see that these evolutions happen more on a physical level for the planet was finite. In other words, there was a moment that you called the big bang, which marked the beginning of this direction of time. and there would be a time between the years 2000 and 2012 in which the end of planet Earth was scheduled . It would have taken roughly 12 years to totally dismantle this planet , as was originally the plan.

We come to give discourse on the quality of Love known as generosity. This quality is one that blesses the people around them with largess of spirit and goodwill, with gifts from the heart given without thought to Self and what might return in equal measure to the giver. This quality of Love creates openings in the hearts of those receiving, which inspire them to continue on their spiritual journey and in the fulfillment of their part in the Divine Plan. The One who shares with others in order to encourage and give greater confidence to the recipient is manifesting a higher form of Love that could be called Divine, for the One who does so is listening with their heart to the direction that Creator instills within them.

When the World you live upon is peopled with kind and generous hearts who desire only the greatest and highest good for all, for the betterment of all, then the World you live upon is filled with peace, harmony and abundance of all that is good and right. Life upon this Planet manifests a higher order of Being and doing that encompasses the perpetuation of this quality of Love. Generosity in all its forms is as varied and unlimited in scope as the diversity of each unique individual in the Human family. At every turn on their Path, every individual can at any time perform random acts of kindness, caring and generosity that enrich the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual lives of others.

All that is required is a greater perspective, a deep Love for their family members, neighbors and even strangers who play the role of the inspirer and can uplift and bring clarity into the workings of the Human spirit. Within each Soul lives a greater Presence that counsels and guides them throughout every aspect of their Human life and if One but takes heed of this, One can always walk in attunement and alignment with a higher will and purpose. When One listens from within, miraculous synchronicities begin to take place with commonality and frequency and the generous One knows not how far the seeds they planted have grown, for sometimes, by their act of kindness and generosity, deep and positive changes have thereby transpired that affected successive generations of people.
