Will the Clintons Destroy the Democratic Party?

democratsCharles Hugh Smith – Let’s start by stipulating my bias: I would cheer the collapse of both self-serving, venal political parties, which have stood by for decades as the rich have become immeasurably richer and the politically powerful few have disempowered the many. The transparent “populist” bleatings of both parties–“we serve the people!”–sound increasingly like stale, pathetically disconnected from reality Soviet-era propaganda.

Let’s say I’m a relatively disinterested observer other than my fervent wish that both corrupt, self-serving parties slide into the dustbin of history, the sooner the better. Continue reading

Nunes Wants Trump To Question Theresa May About Her Spy Agencies Role In Steele Dossier

intelligenceSara Carter – Ranking Republican of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes sent a letter Wednesday to President Donald Trump, asking him to question British Prime Minister Theresa May about Great Britain’s role in the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign and Russia.

The inquiry would be significant and it is based on newly published information in the British newspaper The Telegraph revealing that former British spy Christopher Steele briefed May’s spy chiefs on the uncorroborated dossier.

“The article states that Steele’s information was rapidly briefed up the chain to multiple high-level British government officials, including MI5 Director General Andrew Parker and MI6 Chief Alex Younger,” stated Nunes in the letter. “The claims asserted in the Telegraph article, if true raise important questions about the potential role foreign government officials may have played in spreading the dossier’s false allegations and what actions they may have taken in response to the allegations.” Continue reading

America’s Two Parties: Traitors and Patriots

treasonPeggy Ryan – Oh, the horror!  Former CIA director John Brennan lost his security clearance.  Media decry the president’s intimidation tactics, his enemies list.  Famous lawyer Alan Dershowitz posits that Brennan’s First Amendment rights may have been violated.

It’s all vapors, transparent attempts to deflect from Brennan’s real threat: his role of traitor.  (Cue audible gasps.)  How dare I call Brennan a traitor?

Treason is narrowly defined in the Constitution, restricted to wartime.

U.S. Constitution, Article 3, Section 3: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

True, but I contend we are at war, a bloodless war against a globalist tribe.  Hillary Clinton’s not a singular threat to our democracy; she’s part of a cabal that’s been working for decades to end democracy, to subjugate Americans to global rule. Continue reading

Trump is Doing What Kennedy Tried To Do [Video]

shippGreg Hunter – Former CIA Officer and whistleblower Kevin Shipp says what is going on with Donald J. Trump “is an ongoing coup to remove a duly elected President.” Shipp contends, “This is a huge constitutional crisis like the country has never seen before. This makes Watergate look like a Sunday school class.”

On Friday, Shipp and other retired top officials at the CIA, FBI, DOJ and NSA held a press conference and demanded Attorney General Jeff Sessions prosecute top Obama era officials for obvious crimes against the incoming Trump Administration.

Shipp says, “We have a coup within our government right now at the senior levels at the CIA, DOJ and the FBI attempting to unseat a duly elected President who was elected by the American people and remove him from office. . . .This is, at worst, treason with senior officials in the shadow government or Deep State . . . to attack Donald Trump and remove him from office. . . . What the Kennedy Assassination Records Reveal: Uncontrollable Incompetence

incompetenceCharles Hugh Smith – One way to interpret the intelligence community’s reluctance to let all the Kennedy assassination archives become public is that the archives contain evidence of a “smoking gun”: that is, evidence that the intelligence agencies of the United States of America were complicit in the assassination of the President.

I think the agencies fear something larger: exposure of their gross incompetence, their “cowboy” recklessness and their disavowal of elected-civilian control. Their fear of this exposure is based on one simple fact: nothing’s changed since 1963. They were unaccountable and incompetent then, and they remain unaccountable and incompetent now. The only difference is their funding has greatly increased. Continue reading
