PA Judge Denies Recount And Blasts Stein’s “Suspicions Of Hacking” That “Border On Irrational”

Paul S. Diamond

Tyler Durden – A Pennsylvania judge has denied Jill Stein’s request for a recount and simultaneously offered up an epic assault on her “later than last minute request” that “could well ensure that no Pennsylvania vote counts” by preventing the state from certifying election results by the federal deadline of December 13th.  Judge Paul S. Diamond also blasted Stein’s “suspicion of a ‘hacked’ Pennsylvania election” saying that it “border[ed] on the irrational.”

Dr. Stein has repeatedly stated that she has sought a Pennsylvania recount to ensure that every vote counts.Granting her later than last minute request for relief, however, could well ensure that no Pennsylvania vote counts. Such a result would be both outrageous and completely unnecessary; as I have found, suspicion of a “hacked” Pennsylvania election borders on the irrational. Finally, Plaintiffs’ claims for relief suffer from several flaws, each fatal to their Motion. For all these reasons, I will deny that Motion.

Diamond noted six separate reasons for denying Stein’s recount request, including a lack of “credible evidence,” a lack of standing, an “unexplained, highly prejudicial delay in seeking a recount,” and the fact that pursuing the recount would only end up “inexcusably disenfranchising some six million Pennsylvania voters” as it would prevent the state from certifying it’s election results by the December 13th federal deadline. What Jill Stein Is After (And Won’t Get)

[Jill Stein is after] splitting of electors between Clinton and Trump in three states Trump won. The electoral college must pick on a certain date — but if the three states agree that the elections are as yet undecided — electors will have to be chosen by some other criterion — a split or something else.  This will give Clinton victory regardless of whether a recount would award Trump or not.  This was planned by theoreticians — not by Jill Stein.  Stein is simply using this trick because it really will elect Clinton if the states in question agree that the election is undecided.  — Dick Eastman

Dick Eastman, M.S., M.A.  – Defeated Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein has planned and gotten big money for a move that stresses the Constitution by having the election undecided before the date the electoral college must vote. To avoid this crisis the electors of those states may be allowed to vote the conscience — to be bought or otherwise influenced — to vote Clinton. Stein was a Green to keep greens from putting out a viable candidate. Johnson was a Libertarian to keep Libertarians from putting out a viable alternative. This move proves the case. It is a plan — not for a late recount — not to throw the election to the House for a decision (there is not third candidate with electoral votes).

It is rather to force the Electors of those states to go the electoral college uncommitted so they can vote for whom the personally prefer. No other solution is possible to the trap Stein and Clinton have prepared. The Establishment knew that this move would not work coming from Clinton — it had to be someone else. The states must reject because Stein has no standing for such a request. Only Clinton does because only Clinton and her running mate and the DNC are affected by the possible alternative outcome.

Judas Goat Jill Stein, Following in Sanders’ Footsteps

steinStephen Lendman – Her campaign to recount votes in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin exposed her phony progressive credentials – showing she’s for Hillary, not peace, equity and justice.

Who ever heard of a progressive supporting a war goddess, Wall Street tool, racketeer, perjurer – dirty business as usual, not beneficial social change?

She’s Sanders with a gender difference, otherwise just the same – a con artist, Hillary supporter, indifferent about using her medical skills to help heal a sick nation, how I mistakenly described her political mission.

She double-crossed me, fooled me, suckered me, betrayed me and 1.2 million + voters supporting her. She changed me from ally to adversary, never again backing her for any public position. Continue reading

Jill Stein Would Choose Donald Trump Over Crooked Hillary [Video]

Bill Still – Good afternoon, I’m still reporting on Jill Stein.

Green Party Presidential candidate, Jill Stein says that she would support Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.

Stein told a CNBC call-in show last week that Clinton is much more likely to ignite a war with Russia that could turn into a nuclear exchange. However, Trump proposes to have a legitimate reset and normalization in relations between the U.S. and Russia.

Stein makes some really good – and surprising – points in this 2-minute clip.
First she points out something that was news to me – that Obama has actually exploded air pollution during his two terms.

However, Stein then wanders into an area where she does not know the facts – the capabilities of our nuclear ICBM strike force. Continue reading

A Look at the Jill Stein’s Radical Funding Solution

moneyEllen Brown – Bernie Sanders supporters are flocking to Jill Stein, the presumptive Green Party presidential candidate, with donations to her campaign exploding nearly 1000% after he endorsed Hillary Clinton. Stein salutes Sanders for the progressive populist movement he began and says it is up to her to carry the baton. Can she do it? Critics say her radical policies will not hold up to scrutiny. But supporters say they are just the medicine the economy needs.

Stein goes even further than Sanders on several key issues, and one of them is her economic platform. She has proposed a “Power to the People Plan” that guarantees basic economic human rights, including access to food, water, housing, and utilities; living-wage jobs for every American who needs to work; an improved “Medicare for All” single-payer public health insurance program; tuition-free public education through university level; and the abolition of student debt.

She also supports a basic income guarantee; the reinstatement of Glass-Steagall, separating depository banking from speculative investment banking; the breakup of megabanks into smaller banks; federal postal banks to service the unbanked and under-banked; and the formation of publicly-owned banks at the state and local level.

As with Sanders’ economic proposals, her plan has been challenged as unrealistic. Where will Congress find the money?

But Stein argues that the funds can be found. Going beyond Bernie, she calls for large cuts to the bloated military budget, which makes up 55% of federal discretionary spending; and progressive taxation, ensuring that the wealthy pay their fair share. Most controversial, however, is her plan to tap up the Federal Reserve. Pointing to the massive sums the Fed produced out of the blue to bail out Wall Street, she says the same resources used to save the perpetrators of the crisis could be made available to its Main Street victims, beginning with the students robbed of their futures by massive student debt.
