Update: Federal Judge drops bomb in the Monsanto vs. Maui case

Jon Rappoport – On April 15, Federal Judge Susan Oki Mollway dropped a bomb in Monsanto vs. Maui.

stateShe ruled that the case cannot go to Hawaii State Court, but will remain under her federal jurisdiction.

The federal government’s support for Monsanto is even greater than the State Government of Hawaii’s.

And the will of Maui County voters—to put a temporary block on Monsanto’s toxic, local, GMO/pesticide experiments—is now diluted at a new remote level.

Maui County can’t enforce the vote, and neither can the State of Hawaii. Now a federal court will decide whether to nullify the will of Maui voters.

This is dictatorship.

Among the obvious reasons for refusing to allow this matter to be settled at a state level, there is a hidden factor: a guiding principle invoked in the Hawaii State Constitution:

“Each person has the right to a clean and healthful environment, as defined by laws relating to environmental quality, including control of pollution and conservation, protection and enhancement of natural resources. Any person may enforce this right against any party, public or private, through appropriate legal proceedings, subject to reasonable limitations and regulation as provided by law.” Continue reading →

Tearing away the curtain

Jon Rappoport – First, an important development in the case I’ve just become aware of. There has been virtually no discovery process.

monsantoMeaning: The people of Maui want to know specific details of Monsanto’s years of experiments with unapproved pesticides and GMOs in their county. They want records, files, internal communications; the whole nine yards.

They’re getting nothing.

Monsanto’s history of unbridled human experimentation is still obscured in a cloud of mystery. And danger.

And this is five months after the people of Maui voted in favor of putting a temporary ban on all such experimentation.

That vote has been suspended in a void, while Monsanto and its allies have been suing Maui.

I keep writing about this case because, for one, the people of Maui voted for something far stronger than labeling GMOs. They voted to ban Monsanto’s experiments, until a complete independent investigation could be done that would unearth the range of those ongoing pesticide/GMO experiments, thus assessing the danger and the harm.

The vote last Election Day was a victory. It wasn’t an “almost.” It wasn’t “we’re getting there and we’ll do better the next time,” it was: We Won.

And because Monsanto sued immediately and hung up the case in federal court, the result of the legitimate vote was not implemented. Continue reading →

Is Monsanto Doing Secret Biowar Research On Maui?

Jon Rappoport – Here is a stunning quote from Sherwood Ross’ 6/22/2007 Counterpunch article, “The Big Profits in Biowarfare Research: Corporate America’s Deadliest Secret”:

Notice that the above list of corporations includes some of the biggest names in biotech: BASF, DuPont, Syngenta, and, of course, Monsanto, who manufactured the highly toxic Agent Orange sprayed in Vietnam.

Jon Rappoport ~ Yet Another Corrupt Judge In The Maui Vs. Monsanto Case?

“The Judge rhetorically asked, “Is there any dispute that the enactment of either of these bills would nullify the [Maui voters’] ordinance at issue in this case?”” – J Rappoport

judgeLast Election Day, the voters on Maui passed a resolution to temporarily stop Monsanto and Dow from continuing their toxic GMO and pesticide experiments in the “open-air laboratory” of Maui.

Monsanto and Dow sued immediately to nullify the will of the people. Since then, the case has been hung up in the courts.

A few months ago, I exposed the fact that the federal judge handling the case, Barry Kurren, was compromised, because his wife, Faye, was involved with an environmental group that had accepted huge money from Dow.

Judge Kurren, for whatever reasons, is no longer on the case. The sitting judge now is Susan Oki Mollway.

It’s all good now, right?

Wrong.

Hours before a scheduled March 10 hearing, which hopefully would have made progress toward a resolution of the voters of Maui’s position (ban GMOs) vs. Monsanto and Dow’s position (let us keep poisoning the people of Maui with our experimental pesticides and experimental GMOs)…boom. What Are They?

Here are the specific definitions as given by Kryon:

Nodes: There are three kinds of nodes: portal, vortex and vortal. A portal is a node that overlaps and amplifies Gaia. A vortex is when energies collide and the energy is constantly moving. To some, being in a vortex may feel good for a while but it’s hard to live there. A vortal is half portal and half vortex. There is no symmetry with these lines and they occur beneath the Earth as well as on the Earth. So it becomes more complex than what you think. All of these lines are created by The Crystalline Grid, and The Crystalline Grid is created by Human consciousness.

Nodes are exactly what has been stated: They are places of immense intensity where The Crystalline Grid can store the time capsules of the creation template, as placed there by the Pleiadians. So nodes can also be ascended land, and feel very good. However, as mentioned before, nodes are often in places that are less accessible or desirable for normal Human habitation due to the intense energy. But Humans are very attracted to them anyway, and the indigenous of the Earth often built their temples there.

These time capsules need to be on the planet as a guide or blueprint for the starting creative energy of Gaia. We have told you that as they are slowly released, they modify The Crystalline Grid to help Human consciousness shift, and eventually create an ascended planet.

The templates are not just information. They are quantum portals of Pleiadian life. This is difficult to explain, but consider for a moment that quantum energy can exist in two places at the same time. This is an attribute even of your own quantum physics, so it can’t be that odd to you. So consider for a moment that even life can have these attributes (existing in multiple places). Therefore know that your seed creators have always been here in a certain quantum way, and are in the time capsules.

When you feel these energies in 3D, you tend to linearize them all. Therefore those who are sensitive will see “a city” or feel entities that might even talk to you. But the reality is that these feelings are only the attributes of looking at profound quantum energy while in 3D.

Mt. Shasta is one of these time capsules. The mountain is ready for activation, and the release of the time capsule there has already begun. But now, with the passing of 2012, the Pleiadians can take a more active role. You will know what this means in a later time.
