Corporate Empire Created Failed Global Economic System

John Perkins, best-selling author of “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man,” says corporations, not governments, run the world.  Perkins explains, “We are in a world situation unlike anybody has ever known before.  We have a global corporate empire.  It’s a corporate empire and not a United States empire.  It’s the first time in history it’s really not a national empire.

It’s the corporatocracy, the heads of corporations, which control everything in the world.  This is not a conspiracy theory.  The corporations don’t get together and confer with each other secretly, but they are all driven by one motive, which is to maximize profits regardless of the social and environmental costs.

Let’s face it, the economy of China, the economy of Russia and the economy of the United States is very dependent on these big corporations.  China has done a lot to create its own economic growth, but it could not have happened without the big multinationals.  So, they play an incredibly important roll today; and, in fact, this has created a failed global economic system.  Just one statistic that is really telling is less than 5% of us live in the United States and we consume almost 30% of the world’s resources, while half the world is starving or on the verge of starvation.  That is not a model.  China can’t do that.  Russia can’t do that.  Africa can’t do that.  You can’t repeat that, but they are trying to repeat it . . . but they can’t.” Continue reading

Paul Craig Roberts ~ Russia’s Rise To Global Power

PaulCraigRobertsWestern propaganda about events in Ukraine has two main purposes. One is to cover up, or to distract from, Washington’s role in overthrowing the elected democratic government of Ukraine. The other is to demonize Russia.

The truth is known, but truth is not a part of the Western TV and print media. The intercepted telephone call between US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and the US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt reveals the two coup plotters discussing which of Washington’s stooges will be installed as Washington’s person in the new puppet government. The intercepted telephone call between Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet and EU foreign policy official Catherine Ashton revealed suspicions, later confirmed by independent reports, that the sniper fire that killed people on both sides of the Kiev protests came from the Washington-backed side of the conflict.

To summarize, when Washington orchestrated in 2004 the “Orange Revolution” and the revolution failed to deliver Ukraine into Western hands, Washington, according to Victoria Nuland, poured $5 billion into Ukraine over the next ten years. The money went to politicians, whom Washington groomed, and to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that operate as educational, pro-democracy, and human rights groups, but in fact are Washington’s fifth columns.

When President Yanukovych, after considering the costs and benefits, rejected the invitation for Ukraine to join the European Union, Washington sent its well-funded NGOs into action. Protests broke out in Kiev demanding that Yanukovych change his decision and join the EU.

These protests were peaceful, but soon ultra-nationalists and neo-nazis appeared and introduced violence into the protests. The protest demands changed from “join the EU” to “overthrow Yanukovych and his government.” Continue reading

John Pilger ~ The Strangelove Effect – Or How We Are Hoodwinked Into Accepting A New World War

JohnPilger  April 18 2014

John Pilger
John Pilger

I watched Dr. Strangelove the other day. I have seen it perhaps a dozen times; it makes sense of senseless news. When Major T.J. ‘King’ Kong goes “toe to toe with the Rooskies” and flies his rogue B52 nuclear bomber to a target in Russia, it’s left to General ‘Buck’ Turgidson to reassure the President. Strike first, says the general, and “you got no more than 10 to 20 million killed, tops.”

President Merkin Muffley: “I will not go down in history as the greatest mass-murderer since Adolf Hitler.”

General Turgidson: “Perhaps it might be better, Mr. President, if you were more concerned with the American people than with your image in the history books.”

The genius of Stanley Kubrick’s film is that it accurately represents the cold war’s lunacy and dangers. Most of the characters are based on real people and real maniacs. There is no equivalent to Strangelove today, because popular culture is directed almost entirely at our interior lives, as if identity is the moral zeitgeist and true satire is redundant; yet the dangers are the same. The nuclear clock has remained at five minutes to midnight; the same false flags are hoisted above the same targets by the same “invisible government”, as Edward Bernays, the inventor of public relations, described modern propaganda.

Western Secularism vs. Russian Christian Revival

BATR  April 7 2014

“The continual work of the Russian Orthodox Church will effect the revival of Christianity in our nation. Thanks to the Orthodox faith Russian culture through the years has acquired Biblical values on which the system of moral ideals for our nation is built.” Dimitry Medvedev –

PutinAtChurchWhen defending Western Civilization, some confuse that secular humanism, practiced as the current dominate popular culture, represents that lineage. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The decadence and decline in the West is undeniable. Yet the heritage upon which European civilization is based, owes a profound debt of gratitude to the societies that developed out of the brute force of empire and adopted principles of natural law and individual dignity. A direct correlation to the gospel of Christ becomes the centerpiece of this glorious tradition of universal brotherhood, that keeps man’s inhumanity to man in check.

The well-documented failures of institutions and regimes would have been far worse if left to the devices of pagan appetites or atheist’s hubris. However, the memory of the eternal struggle is short lived in the minds of most people. Confusion reigns because of a lack of knowledge, perspective and especially will, to admit that the New World Order is the invention of satanic factions that lust for control of the entire planet and beyond.

Therefore, the extraordinary essay by Pat Buchanan, Putin vs. Cultural Marxism: Whose Side Is God on Now?, is a required penance for all those who have sinned. Continue reading

America’s Precipitous Fall In Prestige & Power

SDP  November 2-9 2013

Time moves forward at relentless pace. It seems almost between each breath some change occurs that alters the trajectory of the predominant belief sets concerning the status quo. Even false flags are receiving short shrift, being forced to give way to the exigencies of more immediate concerns like faltering economies, shifting international allegiances, and corruption so vast it can no longer be hidden.

Events didn’t get this way by accident. They were scripted to occur, and are occurring. The power elite who have dictated policy for eons have separated themselves from the body politic. They see themselves as entitled  to do as they please and are of a decidedly service to self (STS) orientation. They are uncaring and indifferent to the consequences of their actions and they act without restraint of law or morality.

Case in point, America and Russia. “It is quite amazing for those who remember the Soviet Union of the late 1980 how much the US under Obama has become similar to the USSR under Brezhnev: internally it is characterized by a general sense of disgust and alienation of the people triggered by the undeniable stagnation of a system rotten to its very core. A bloated military and police state with uniforms everywhere, while more and more people live in abject poverty.  A public propaganda machine which, like in Orwell’s 1984, constantly boasts of successes everywhere while everybody knows these are all lies.  Externally, the US is hopelessly overstretched and either hated [or] mocked abroad.  Just as in the Soviet days, the US leaders are clearly afraid of their own people so they protect themselves by an immense and costly global network of spies and propagandists who are terrified of dissent and who see the main enemy in their own people.” http://vineyardsaker.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/1993-2013-is-twenty-years-long-pas-de.html
