Full Moon is Thursday, Nov. 22 at 10:40pm Mountain Standard Time

full moonLena Stevens – This full moon is truly a seed time for a big vision. Working with the truth of current transformational energy, use this time to reset your priorities, think outside the box, and to dream something new into your life.

Make it rich, make it authentic, make it big!

In order to see a change and transformation through, you need to set aside time and space for it to happen. Carve out some time and space over this full moon time to do just that. Put distractions aside and say no to invitations that feel like an obligation instead of a choice.

Happy Thanksgiving

gratitudeShanta Gabriel – The qualities of Gratitude and Thankfulness can lead you to a pure heart. They change the energy fields, within and around your body, and transform your mental state by lifting your vibrational frequency.

The American celebration of Thanksgiving draws higher ideals into the forefront of people’s thoughts; the ideal of family and joining together in love, the ideal of abundance and the bounty that is possible and most importantly, the ideal of giving thanks.

When one is in the state of giving thanks there is such an elevation in consciousness that all appearances to the contrary begin to drop away. A sense of gratitude creates a high frequency of energy that is akin to a loving embrace from the Universe. There is scientific proof that gratitude can actually change your brain chemistry.

Giving thanks can become a sacred act that calls forth all the Divine assistance needed for you to feel supported and cared for in this life. Sharing whatever one has is a part of the ideal behind Thanksgiving celebration. The creation of sports events and shopping days are modern distractions from the original intention of a day set aside for loving kindness and thankful prayers of gratitude for all that one has in life.

Thank Self (And Family Dynamics)

Family DynamicsDjwhal Khul here. Tashi Delek.

Alright. Now at Thanksgiving I generally comment about thanking the native peoples around the world and really work with giving thanks for all of the blessings and to express gratitude.

This year I am going to add to that: “Thanks for family dynamics.” And this is a very important kind of family dynamic as one cat growls at another cat sitting on the desk here and they’re all friends. So you’re getting maybe a picture a little ahead here of what we’re entering into. We have the Moon moving into Scorpio over the weekend so Saturday, Sunday, Monday dealing with healing energy and the healing dynamic.

And before that it’s in Libra which can bring some balance and some beauty and some graciousness to the table.

Gratitude from heaven

thanksThe Angels – We know many of you celebrate Thanksgiving this week and we want to take this moment to tell you how grateful we are for each and every one of you. For we in the heavens know that each of you is a part of all that we collectively are. Each of you is an important cell in the “body of God.” Each of you is a unique and precious part of creation. Each of you is celebrated, beloved, and cherished dearly. We give thanks for your very being!

We give thanks for your commitment to awaken to the greater reality of Love. We give thanks for you desire to create more loving, more joyful, and more abundant lives. We give thanks for your willingness to work beyond the illusions of separation and find true freedom!

We in the heavens feel you as surely as a cell in the body feels all other cells. We know you as a part of the greater reality that we all share. We value every precious breath of your lives.

This week sit quietly and ask to see your life as we do, for in our view every moment, every joy, every struggle, every smile, and every tear, every gift and every loss has merit and beauty.

Give thanks for every moment of your lives, for you are born from the heart of God and every moment is leading you back to experience this beautiful love.

Jalapeno Infused Cranberry Pomegranate Sauce

ReadyNutrition  November 24 2013

cranberrysauceThere is always a Thanksgiving recipe or two that I like to change up. This year, I want to add a kick to my cranberry sauce.

This recipe really plays up the sweet and spicy combination and can be made up to two days in advance in order to get all the flavors to incorporate. If you really want to add some spice, try adding some chipotle peppers to the cranberry sauce. The smokiness of the chipotles would really add some complex flavors.

With any leftovers, I plan on making a delicious freezer jam out of it to be used for hor d’ oeuvres at Christmas parties. How amazing is that?
