Catalysts for Change: evading the truth, struggles, over-reliance on others to decide, insensitive to others, self-sacrifice, fear of change, valuing based only on functionality or efficiency, reacting from base instinct/base emotion, feeling of emptiness (the inner child may be seeking expression or bringing up forgotten talents or interests)

Skill: be open to things being refreshed

Positive Imprints: connection with spiritual source, new ideas and opportunities, inspiration, simplicity, finding beauty in nature

Catalysts for Change: anger (even explosive anger, self-loathing, secrets revealed, immaturity, mistrust, not seeing the good things that are right in front of us, lack of direction

Sabian Symbol for the Lunar Month: “a majestic rock formation resembling a face is idealized by a boy who takes it up as his ideal of greatness, and as he grows up, begins to look like it”

Things well up from the deep to be released and healed today. The “cosmic sweeping” that is underway is the source of the uprising.

At the next New Moon, the New Moon in Aries on April 18, a grand re-set will take place within the “field of consciousness.” Old energies that are based on ugly things (control systems, activities that debase life, and shadows on self-perception, in particular) lose power. The grip of the past – the past that limits us – loosens.

In the meantime, as the field is “ploughed,” all kinds of things are being unearthed. These are treasures, dirt-covered perhaps, but treasures nonetheless. Feelings, circumstances, situations, dramatic events, and changes are coming up, and they may not feel good. This is happening so that that these can be removed from the field – removed from our experience of life. They served their purpose and we can treasure the wisdom gained. Continue reading →
