Allen Roland ~ Multi-Millionaires In US Congress Funded By AIPAC [Audio]

VeteransToday  November 5 2013

You can listen to Allen’s  five minute Press TV audio interview here.

Veterans Today Note:  Dear Folks, another right on the money interview with Allen regarding our compromised Congress. We face a big problem not having any standards of ethics and conduct that citizens can impose directly as Congress has a firewall built to block that, and for a very good reason…Jim W. Dean

US politicians are not willing to get a clear picture of Americans’ priorities because multimillionaires in US Congress are funded by pro-Israeli lobbies like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), says Allen Roland, an American online columnist.

As the US government ran a deficit of $680 billion in the financial year that ended last month, the House of Representatives Armed Services Committee has proposed a nearly half a billion dollar increase in military aid to Israel in order to fund Israel’s development of two missile systems and to finance the purchase of extra batteries for 2014.

The proposed aid is in addition to the $3.1 billion in military assistance that Washington provides to the regime annually.

American Middle Eastern Policy – Fallacious, Fatuous, & Fragmented

Shift Frequency Highlights September 7 2013

The jumbled incoherence of the Obama Administration’s Syrian policy has served at least one good – a stupendous unraveling of administration lies concerning Assad’s use of chemical weapons against Syrians.  This trumped-up charge came replete with evidence so flimsy America’s most reliable war ally was forced to say “no thank you” when invited to tag along.

So, does the Obama administration take the hint that maybe a military strike isn’t such a great idea? Of course not. It simply tosses the decision to the US Congress with the proviso that if Congress doesn’t vote for war it’s going to go forward with a “limited strike” anyway.

It’s pretty apparent, President Obama,  that your swift decision to let Congress debate war is simply to distract attention while your administration dusts off the worst of the fallout from “biggest bully” to “biggest bust” in geo-political history.

Why all the fuss ‘n haste?

Assad’s army is winning. That means the Western-backed NWO agenda is perilously close to defeat. To counteract defeat a decision was made to rollout the 911 script and just plug in new country names.

Unfortunately for President Obama what worked to cuckold the public into war in 2003 has had the opposite effect in 2013.  The unsubstantiated talk of Assad using chemical weapons stoked memories of Iraq in 2003 and galvanized Americans to shellac the usually comatose Congress with a blizzard of phone calls and faxes against any military action in Syria.  A pragmatic glance at the 2014 election calendar has convinced most lawmakers that rejection of the President’s war request is the most prudent self-serving policy to pursue at this time.

Avik Roy ~ Unpublished CRS Memo: ObamaCare

Forbes August 18 2013 (Thanks, LB)

Obama Administration Has Missed Half Of Obamacare’s Legally Imposed Implementation Deadlines

In recent months, President Obama and his subordinates have waived or delayed a number of Obamacare’s notable features, such as the law’s employer mandate, and its procedures for protecting taxpayers from fraud and identity theft. Earlier this month, in that context, I obtained a heretofore-unpublished memorandum from the Congressional Research Service. The CRS, Congress’ non-partisan in-house think tank, compiled 82 deadlines that the Affordable Care Act mandates upon the first three years of its own implementation. Remarkably, it turns out that the White House has missed half of the deadlines legally required by the ACA. And some of those deadlines remain unmet to this day.

Dwight Kehoe ~ Presidential Executive Orders: Constitutional Or Criminal?

Canada Free Press April 24 2013

Executive orderAs new polls indicate that only 4% of Americans think more gun control is an important issue, and the United States Senate, even if just temporarily, did the right thing and voted to stop further infringement of the the 2nd Amendment, this illegal and imperial President has indicated he intends to “write law” via yet another unconstitutional Executive Order.

Article II does not give any President the authority to write legislation or to adjudicate laws which affect the citizens of this country. The executive order can only be used, constitutionally, for the administration of government operations and employees. Article I, specifically gives legislation over the people to only the Congress.

A common misconception which has been used to excuse the unlawful use of the Executive Order is that every President, including George Washington has used them. While this is “factually” correct, it is not true that George Washington abused it. His EO’s were limited to the operation of the Executive Branch and did not ever legislate laws for anyone outside of the government.

However, the most wide reaching violation of the Executive Order came from one of this country’s greatest Presidents, Abraham Lincoln. His Emancipation Proclamation of January 1, 1863 was, for certain, noble, just and something long needed and overdue. For that reason, that Executive Order met small and disorganized opposition from the legislative branch and……. the precedent was set.
