We all know how healthy honey is. It is a curative and the main ingredient in this elixir.  Honey strengthens the immune system, cleans blood vessels and the liver, improves complexion and smooths wrinkles.

Ingredients

100 ml fresh lime juice

200 grams of honey

50 ml quality olive oil

Mix all the ingredients together and consume a spoonful once each morning on an empty stomach. This elixir is recommended twice a year for 30 days during the fall and the spring.
