Connect to your power core. The center of your greatest power is the conscious, fully present place where you are the best reflection of your truest self.
Be still and embrace the you that you are today. Fully acknowledge every dimension of all that is true about who you are created to be in the Earth. That which is true does not become the truth…it always is!
Be you. Know you. Love you. Get acquainted, agree and align with the divine you. By loving who you are at this very moment, you open the way for the best in you to shine through. Once you truly value, appreciate and love the person you are right now, you gain access to enter a place that is abundant and sweet. The land flowing with milk and honey emanates from within.
Over 20 years ago I weighed nearly 600 pounds. My deepest desire was for others to see and accept the beautiful heart that seemed to be hidden by my girth. Before I lost the first pound, I had to learn to love myself enough to know that I deserved to have a better life. After I gave myself permission to love me just as I was…a healthier, more beauty-filled me began to emerge.
Your relationships are your most valuable resource to realize your greatest potential. To become the best reflection of ourselves we must develop STAAAR relationships. A strong constellation of support is critical to actualize your potential.
STAAAR relationships are connections that give you: Strength, Tenacity for your next level, Acceptance, Appreciation, Abundance and Reciprocity. Please know that all right relationships are mutually beneficial. Any connection that flows in one direction is blocked and needs a course correction.
Draw strength and stamina from this classic e.e. cummings quote that serves as a daily source of pure inspiration for me…”We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of trust, sacred to touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”
Take up the mantle to believe the best about yourself and others. Explore, discover and cultivate your highest purpose by connecting to the knowledge, wisdom and understanding of the unique you…the nobody like you but you…you!
Every day rises with the grace of another opportunity for you to make a decision about the life, light, lessons, love and legacy that you want to deposit in the Earth.
Beauty is synergy ~ it results from a balanced, harmonious integration of every amazing thing about you. When you decide to be, know, have, and do that which generates your greatness, absolutely nothing, or no one, can destroy or deny what you substantially, beautifully and uniquely contribute to the Universe.
You are chosen for the extraordinary. Build a faith that fulfills destiny. Exercise your power of choice. Decide to be. Determine to know. Decree to have. Resolve to love!
