Is Your Food Being Hit With A ‘Healthy’ Dose Of Radiation?

NaturalSociety | December 29, 2012

We already know the U.S. government doesn’t care enough about us to tell us whether we are eating genetically modified organisms—they’ve maintained their right to keep that fact from us, knowing that if we are armed with the knowledge, we might take down the huge GMO industry with the power of our purchasing dollar. In fact, just during the holiday break the FDA quietly pushed through GMO salmon toward the final acceptance process. But, what else do we not know?

If you believe GMO labeling is the only way the U.S. is flying under the radar with potentially dangerous food, you are sadly mistaken. In addition to the GMO-labeling controversy and the obvious promotion of Big Pharma over preventative, natural health, much of our food is given doses of the same stuff that destroyed Hiroshima and continues to wreak havoc on Fukushima—radiation.

It’s done in the name of food safety and preservation. Zapping foods with gamma-radiation is used as a method for sterilization, ridding food of harmful contaminants that may have arisen in potentially unsanitary mass-farming practices. It is also said to delay perishability, making the food last longer so it can be sent all over the world, increasing food globalization. But more than that, food radiation could be having unknown effects on our health.

Paul Craig Roberts ~ Agenda Prevails Over Truth

Paul Craig Roberts | December 28 2012

George W. BushIn the Western world truth no longer has any meaning. It its place stands agenda.

Agenda is all important, because it is the way Washington achieves hegemony over the world and the American people. 9/11 was the “new Pearl Harbor” that the neoconservatives declared to be necessary for their planned wars against Muslim countries. For the neoconservatives to go forward with their agenda, it was necessary for Americans to be connected to the agenda.

President George W. Bush’s first Treasury Secretary, Paul O’Neil, said that prior to 9/11 the first cabinet meeting was about the need to invade Iraq.

9/11 was initially blamed on Afghanistan, and the blame was later shifted to Iraq. Washington’s mobilization against Afghanistan was in place prior to 9/11. The George W. Bush regime’s invasion of Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom) occurred on October 7, 2001, less than a month after 9/11. Every military person knows that it is not possible to have mobilization for invading a country half way around the world ready in three weeks.

The Orwellian “PATRIOT Act” is another example of planning prior to the event. This vast police state measure could not possibly have been written in the short time between 9/11 and its introduction in Congress. The bill was already written, sitting on the shelf waiting its opportunity. Why? Who wrote it? Why has there been no media investigation of the advanced preparation of this police state legislation?

Evidence that responses to an event were planned prior to what the government said was a surprise event does suggest that the event was engineered to drive an agenda that was already on the books.

Many on the left-wing are immune to evidence that is contrary to the official 9/11 story, because for them 9/11 is refreshing blow-back from the oppressed. That the oppressed struck back is more important to the left-wing than the facts.

The right-wing can’t let go of the fantasy either. America in all its purity and wonderfulness was attacked because evil Muslims cannot stand our goodness. “They hate us for our freedom and democracy.” The right-wing vision of a great and good America wronged is essential to the right-wing’s sustaining ideology, an ideology that is prepared to commit violence in order to prove its righteousness.

Implausible stories can be useful to other agendas and thus be sustained by their use in other arguments. For example, the Obama regime’s story of the killing of Osama bin Laden is central to Charles Pierson’s story in the November 16-30, 2012, CounterPunch in which Pierson writes about the growing strains on the US-Pakistan alliance. Pierson writes that bin Laden resided next to Pakistan’s largest military academy and that bin Laden “did go next door every Wednesday to use the pool. If the Pakistani government was unaware of bin Laden’s presence this would mark an intelligence failure of heroic proportions.”

Think Different

Jeenyus Corner | December 27 2012

The first in a series on solutions.

consciousnessOpposite consciousness. It’s not some new age religion or a messianic approach to life. Quite simply, it’s thinking differently from how you did when a problem was created. If the problem is collectivism, then the answer is individual action. I believe this type of thinking will give those of us who understand the way the world really works a chance at survival when the mathematically unavoidable end of the dollar arrives in the near future.

Within our lives we can see this manifested easily enough by simply looking around us. Most recently it is evident in the gun control debate.

The problem: school shootings. The proposed solution? Tougher gun laws. The weapons ban crowd says mass shootings occur because we don’t have enough laws or existing ones aren’t effective enough. This purely reactionary and emotional response meets one definition of insanity: repeating a task and expecting a different result. Completely disregarding facts and logic. Replacing them with what makes a person “feel better” about the subject.

Opposite consciousness thinking: all these shootings took place where legal concealed carry was either prohibited in that state or location. Thinking people recognize the logical fallacy. Therefore, because the human experience clearly shows that the world has evil people, and that will never change; the best way to prevent gun violence is to have the means of immediately and directly resisting gun violence.

Murder In The Medical Matrix: The FDA

Jon Rappoport’s Blog | December 27 2012

cartoon_fda_conflicts-of-interestI have to begin this article with a bow in the direction of a remarkable site, SSRI stories. There you will find a huge assembly of media articles documenting the death and destruction wrought by psychiatric drugs. In particular, read the index.

It previews the whole picture. It connects the dots.

Keep in mind that all the indicted psychiatric drugs have been approved by the FDA as safe and effective.

Over the years, I’ve written much about the the FDA. I thought I’d assemble a small fraction of it in one place, to reveal what this federal agency is really all about and why it should be dismantled, amid a blizzard of prosecutions and convictions for negligent homicide and, yes, murder.

Hidden In Plain View ~ Jon Rappoport – May 18, 2012
www.nomorefakenews.com

The day of the Smoking Gun has arrived.

The discovery of a page, on the FDA’s own website, proves the FDA is fully aware that:

the drugs it certifies as safe have been killing Americans, at the rate of 100,000 per year.

The FDA website page is currently available under the heading, “Why Learn About Adverse Drug Reactions.”

The FDA takes no blame, no responsibility for its own actions, and yet it admits the death statistics are accurate.

As an investigative reporter, I have been tracking and writing about pharmaceutically-caused deaths for 10 years. I have, on numerous occasions, cited Dr. Barbara Starfield’s report in the July 26th, 2000, Journal of the American Medical Association, in which she presents the figure of 106,000 deaths per year, in America, as a direct result of these drugs. I have claimed that the federal government and, in particular, the FDA, are aware of these numbers.

And now the page on the FDA’s own website confirms the death toll. Yet, nowhere do we see the FDA taking one shred of responsibility for this ongoing holocaust.

Holocaust? Add up the figures. Medical drugs cause 100,000 deaths in America every year: that means a million Americans are killed every decade.

Understand this very clearly. No medical drug in America can be released for public use until and unless the FDA states it is safe. The FDA is the agency that makes every such decision on every drug. The buck stops there.

How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Without Prescription Drugs

Natural News | December 27 2012

It is no secret that chronic high blood pressure, whatever its particular root cause, can lead to heart disease, which is said to be the leading cause of death in America today. But what remains a secret, at least to many people, is how to deal with this condition naturally apart from pharmaceutical drug interventions, which the establishment often claims is the only effective remedy for lowering blood pressure. Here are four ways to help naturally lower your blood pressure without the need for prescription drugs:

BloodPressure1) Eat lots of garlic and onions, take garlic supplements. Writing for Mother Earth News in a 1997 review, Christopher Nyerges explains how eating lots of garlic and onions, two onion types from the medicinal Allium genus, can help thwart hypertension, lower circulating cholesterol, and prevent influenza and various other health conditions. Citing numerous scientific studies and a cohort of information he gathered from various medical journals and doctors, Nyerges highlights the ability of both garlic and onions to quell the arterial inflammation that often leads to high cholesterol, as well as prevent the sticking together of blood platelets following high-fat meals that may lead to clotting.

“Fresh garlic cells contain the amino acid alliin, considered to be the most active garlic constituent. When those cells are broken, as in crushing or mincing the cloves, alliin is converted to allicin by the enzyme allinase,” explains Robert E. Kowalski in his book The Blood Pressure Cure: 8 Weeks to Lower Blood Pressure without Prescription Drugs. “It appears that the allicin is effective in the treatment of hypertension by causing smooth muscle relaxation in arteries, as well as vasodilation, the widening of those arteries, allowing a freer flow of blood upon demand.”
