7 Ways The FDA Is Failing To Protect: Who Needs The FDA?

Some cynically refer to the FDA as the Fraud and Death Administration. Harsh, but many see that name as a bit more than an accurate description. It is certainly the hub of the Medical Mafia wheel. A few years ago, during the height of the occupy wall street mania, some were calling for occupy the FDA. Unfortunately, that didn’t get far at all.

Some have even referred to the FDA’s activity as equivalent to dropping an atom bomb on each USA city each year. Why? Primarily due to the amount of deaths and illness it has sanctioned with its sanctioning of dangerous pharmaceutical drugs and toxic food additives while banning safe and effective natural remedies and enforcing bans on healthy foods such as raw milk.

A Few Historical Episodes of the FDA’s Crimes Against Humanity

1. In the early 1900s, Dr. Harvey Wiley opposed the process of chemically bleaching flour to use as white flour for breads and pastries. As the head of the Bureau of Chemistry, the precursor to today’s FDA, he created a guideline for enforcing a ban on bleaching wheat chemically to produce white flour.

He quit his position after he had become frustrated from the lack of enforcement for his ban. It just never happened. And the legacy of unhealthy bleached flour white bread prevailed through the 1970s.

2. A few decades ago, natural remedy cancer healer Harry Hoxsey won a libel suit against the AMA and Hearst Publications. The Supreme Court upheld that decision in the mid 1950s, but somehow the signal went out for the FDA to unleash their attack dogs. After confiscating herbal remedies from patients in their homes, the FDA closed and padlocked all 17 Hoxsey clinics in 1960.

When US corporations send jobs offshore, the GDP, consumer income, tax base, and careers associated with the jobs go abroad with the jobs. Corporations gain the additional profits at large costs to the economy in terms of less employment, less economic growth, reduced state, local and federal tax revenues, wider deficits, and impairments of social services.

When policymakers permitted banks to become independent of market discipline, they made the banks an unresolved burden on the economy. Authorities have provided no honest report on the condition of the banks. It remains to be seen if the Federal Reserve can create enough money to monetize enough debt to rescue the banks without collapsing the US dollar. It would have been far cheaper to let the banks fail and be reorganized.

US policymakers and their echo chamber in the economics profession have let the country down badly. They claimed that there was a “New Economy” to take the place of the “old economy” jobs that were moved offshore. As I have pointed out for a decade, US jobs statistics show no sign of the promised “New Economy.”

‘Schindler’s List’ Producer: ‘I Never Feared My Govt Until Now’

(News Max) – Gerald Molen, the producer of Dinesh D’Souza’s documentary film “2016: Obama’s America,” says he never feared his government before he learned that D’Souza is under federal investigation for election fraud. 

According to an indictment made public Thursday, D’Souza is accused of contributing $20,000 to a political campaign in 2012, even though the legal limit is $5,000. D’Souza allegedly promised to reimburse others if they would contribute to a candidate widely believed to be Wendy Long of New York. Long, a Republican, ran unsuccessfully against Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand in 2012 for New York’s U.S. Senate seat.

D’Souza’s lawyer has said his client “at worst” was guilty of an act of misguided friendship.

Some, including Molen, believe the indictment is political payback for D’Souza’s film, which was critical of President Barack Obama. Among other things, it raised questions about whether Obama had embraced the anti-colonial philosophy of his father and said his future actions could be predicted based on that philosophy.

“I’m a little bit taken aback by the whole thing because he’s such a great American,” Molen said of D’Souza on Newmax TV’s “Steve Malzberg Show.” The conservative writer and commentator understands the process in America and how it works, Molen said. Continue reading →
