Know That You Know

knowVeronica – “The world you reside in is filled with various energies. Some are chaotic, some scheming, and some completely negative. To navigate through it all, one must be diligent and focused. Being in this place does not mean you should be part of the energetic mix. Knowing yourself and the purpose of your participation can be the first real steps of progress within a strange land.

Identify the impulses of energy from the divine as true ones. It is easy to simply decide that perspective may be just your own creative wishful thoughts. It is usually the nature of the collective reality that creates the doubt within.

Decide to stay within the clarity of your soul. Know that the whispers are intended to guide your unsure physical perspective through the often tricky path’s life.

Know that you know.

A simple phrase, however, one of great ownership of your relationship with the current reality and your soul. Continue reading

California Knew Smart Meters Were Dangerous

Andre Fauteux – Counseled by the same physician who was the head of radiation studies at the World Health Organization (WHO) and at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), California’s Opt-Out Program offers non-emitting analog meters which Hydro-Quebec claims are no longer available.

smart

People who have become intolerant to electromagnetic fields (EMF) should be allowed to keep their electromechanical (analog) meter rather than be imposed a “smart” electronic (digital) meter emitting radiofrequencies (RFs), the former President of the the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) admitted in a 2010 email recently seized by authorities thanks to a search warrant.

How Can You Effortlessly Create Terrific Ideas?

Dr. Tomasz Kopec – I am sure everyone has had an ‘aha’ moment. It is when something becomes obvious and we know this is the best way forward or the best solution to a problem. These moments often happen suddenly, when we least expect them, like when driving, walking,  showering,  or  daydreaming, not thinking about anything in particular. They often happen to me just before falling asleep or when I wake up in the morning. You may remember the story of Archimedes who had his ‘eureka’ moment while relaxing in a hot bath. He ran naked across the city to share his solution with the king. You can see a short story about Archimedes here.

On the other hand, many people say that the harder they try the less likely it is they will come up with a new, fresh idea. They might be, for example, in a meeting at work and want to impress others by suggesting something particularly clever, but they just can’t seem to come up with an idea. Stress does not help either, and most people cannot think cleverly when in the middle of an argument with a colleague at work.

What Is Creativity?

According to the Oxford Dictionary, creativity is the ability to use skill and imagination to produce something new or to produce art; the act of doing this. I would suggest simplifying it a bit and say that creativity is when we invent something new by connecting many elements of reality together in one piece. These elements could be shapes, colours, notes, thoughts, words, ideas, needs, feelings, beliefs, etc.

Say, if we connect

✓    a need – ‘to pour a liquid into a hardly accessible container,’
✓    a shape – ‘funnel,’
✓    a material – ‘silicon,’
✓    a colour – ‘green,’ and
✓    a ‘mechanism of folding,’

brainwe can create a cool looking mini collapsible silicone funnel like the one you see below.

This is the essence of a creative idea. It forms by merging a few already existing elements of reality in a new way. They become connected and then together they become something new.

Where & How New Connections Happen

The fact is that the brain shapes the way we perceive reality. You can watch a TED talk below if you need an explanation of this statement.

Perspective Shifts

feelDana Mrkich – It can be so suffocating when you feel yourself fenced in by emotions, perspectives, thoughts and beliefs that feel like they are squeezing the life force out of you. Anxiety feels like that. Depression feels like that. Energetic sensitivity to difficult weeks feels like that.

I felt that suffocation early last week, and early this week again, yet even while it was happening it was almost like being outside of myself looking in.

Being aware of your old beliefs, doing decades of inner work, even being in a position where you teach others, doesn’t mean you are immune from your own crap. It still comes up. The main difference is, when it does come up you are fully aware that you have pressed play on an old movie that you are certain went to the scrap heap a while ago. Only here’s another reel of it! Surprise!

Sometimes the wave is mild, other times (as many experienced this past week), it is a high-pressure system that comes out of nowhere. And we are often so hard on ourselves the more ‘aware’ we are because we think ‘why am I back to feeling like this right now?”
