School of the Deep Heart – Within this eclipse window the change is very real and very deep. Tuning into the collective, it is clear we are in a period of mass dissolution. We are the caterpillars in a chrysalis. In order to completely change into new form, the old, unsatisfying ways need to dissolve. We are the butterfly, who, deep into the transformation, first must turn completely to a liquid substance before the reformation into it’s lighter, freer self.
With our egos in this dissolution we are much more susceptible to confusion of our boundaries, and the knee jerk reaction to defend them. It is much easier to pick up other’s energies and confuse them as our own. It is more common to feel any intrusions to our energetic space and feel reactive to it. Sense of self might feel skewed.
In session work I am seeing this across the board with my students. One started our session feeling very angry and not knowing why. “There is something happening, I’ve been feeling my boundaries being violated without knowing how!” Going in and taking a look, it was clear that, being more permeable at this time, this beloved had been carrying all of the boundary breeches she had encountered in the last month. It was deeply unsettling, confusing and uncomfortable to her.
As we went through her system and removed every person, circumstance, and energetic attack from her field she was able to finally relax and expand. We worked on securing her energetic borders and purifying deeply from her true sense of sovereignty which was a great relief. Finally, after weeks of turmoil, her bright spirit was shining and playful again. The mental / emotional weight she had been carrying was gone.
As we move through these times of dissolution to re-formation of self, it’s helpful to remember to cleanse mind, emotion and body. Remove all the extra weight you are carrying and feel the opening of your heart. Once aligned and moving forward as your truest sense of self, life invariably responds with respect and relationships can come back to integrity and love.
Hang in there! This is a dimensional shift beyond what we’ve experienced and one that will leave us with a new sense of clarity and freedom.
