Kate Spreckley – November ends with the energies intensifying in preparation for this weekend’s Solar Eclipse. The energies are moving and shifting very rapidly now and many are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

The deep purging and releasing of old energy is uncomfortable but will ultimately serve to create space for the new energies that come in with the Solar Eclipse.

Whatever is surfacing for you at this time know that great inner change is occurring. Be mindful that in this time you have stepped beyond the limitations of the past and into the expansiveness of the void. As a result, you may feel temporarily lost and in the dark as you move through this process of rebirth.
