Universal Laws – The Law OF Attraction

thoughtsRandall Monk – This is a law that most of us are familiar with or have at least heard of. The precept of The Law of Attraction is, like attracts like. Everything is composed of energy, and energy vibrates. Vibrations attract like vibrations – frequencies attract like frequencies. Consider a radio signal transmitted by a radio station: You cannot receive the signal of a radio station until your radio is tuned in to the frequency (which is the vibration) of that station.

Likewise, people and circumstances that match our vibration, which is created by our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs, are drawn to us. We are the creators of our version of reality; our circumstances.

Practical Practices to Align with the Law of Attraction

We as human beings are composed of energy vibrating at a specific frequency based on our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. The quality of our life changes when we change our thoughts and feelings. High vibrational thoughts and emotions related to love, compassion, appreciation, and gratitude, for example, draw high vibrational people and events into our lives. On the other hand, low frequency thoughts and feelings like fear, worry, hate, jealousy, etc., will draw low-vibration people and events into our life.

We can easily determine the nature of our thoughts by the nature or our friends, acquaintances, and even the strangers we encounter, as well as our quality of life. The quality of our energy field matches the quality of our life. That is the law of attraction in action. Like attracts like.

It’s quite simple to change our vibration. All we have to do is change the quality of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, and actions. I said it was simple; however, it’s typically not easy. It takes work on our part. However, when we make the decision to enhance our quality of life by making positive changes, taking conscious action things change… the quality of our life changes for the better.

As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, from personal experience I have found that the three easiest and most effective ways to make change is mindfulness (being fully present in the moment), hypnosis, and self-hypnosis.

Of course, hypnosis it something we do with a qualified hypnotist. Self-hypnosis is practiced by taking some time to get comfortable and relaxed then stating affirmations and visualizing the final outcome (what we want to manifest) with feeling.

When we’re mindful, we’re aware of what we are thinking and doing, and therefore more able to see the need for change. We’re more empowered to make that change. Both hypnosis and self-hypnosis enable us to bypass the conscious mind and reprogram our subconscious mind, which is what creates our version of reality.

Be joyful, embrace life, and thrive!

With love,

Randall
