Easy, Fast Ways To Relieve Stress

relieve stressLori Walsh – Are you stressed, overwhelmed and just want this covid thing and the election to be done with? I’m reaching out with some helpful tips that have helped so many.

During these times, our body can get weaker due to all the energy draining.

I put together some simple steps to be able to do right away to help get you to calm, clarity and balance.

You’ll also find an attachment on this email you can download it and have it at your fingertips when needed (lots of times we tend to forget what’s helpful when we are engaged in the situation).

Five 1-Minute (or less) Ways to Calm

  1. Breathe 4 quick breaths in and out then 1 long one, repeat 3 times.

2.. Notice in the body or mind where the stress is and visualize it as a tea kettle steaming over with the cover on. Visually take the cover off and watch it dissolve away.

  1. Light a candle and watch the flame for 20 seconds
  2. Through inner talk, say yes to all the stress for 1 minute, it dissolves away because the resistance is no longer happening. (What we resist persists.)

  3. Look up and allow your voice to let it go by screaming with a tune behind it.
