Kate Spreckley – Today Mercury goes direct after three weeks of retrograde motion during which deep seated changes and transformations have occurred.

With Mercury’s directional shift we can expect some clarity, focus and direction to slowly emerge with a greater sense of freedom, energy, and creativity. However, we are still processing and integrating the Solstice energy which is urging us to take time to nurture and care for ourselves.

Currently you are moving through an inward time of renewal where you are urged to find stillness within. Like a caterpillar transforming into the butterfly there is a magical process unfolding in the depths of your being that requires an incubation period.

This incubation allows the cells of your body to undergo and complete a profound metamorphosis. During this time and leading up to the Full Moon later this week rest is essential as it gives your body the time and energy it needs to move through this process.
