Rusty Weiss – The Supreme Court on Friday overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion at the federal level.
The ruling returns the power to limit, ban, or allow abortion, to the states.
The court overturned the decision 6-3 by upholding Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban.
Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch (R) had argued that both Roe and 1992’s Planned Parenthood v. Casey were “egregiously wrong” and “hopelessly unworkable.”

Even though this week’s news was dominated by the Derek Chauvin verdict and the Columbus, Ohio police shooting, there was one other bit of news that helped to fill some airtime. Three familiar names from Donald Trump’s time in office suddenly all landed multimillion-dollar book deals. The names are Amy Coney Barrett, Bill Barr and Mike Pence.
Do you think those three goofs can sell $8 million worth of books between them now, especially since most Americans hate them? Not a chance! But the point is not book sales. These are payoffs from the globalist elites for “services rendered” in the 2020 election.
The publishing industry is a giant scam, in case you haven’t noticed. Hunter Biden snagged a $2 million advance on his book that came out recently. It sold several thousand copies and fizzled out after the first week. Great $2 million investment, publishing industry! Continue reading
Rabbi Aryeh Spero – All that work for, and faith in, Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett! As with John Roberts before, we are once again the victims of unrequited affection and lost labor. Like other Republicans, I expended lots of hours and effort to do my part in getting all three confirmed. I wrote articles, did radio and TV interviews, gave speeches, called Senators and asked my friends to do so, and spoke to countless people.
I even attended the Senate Hearings for two of them; and in the case of Kavanaugh went face-to-face against a wild group of “feminists” blocking my way to the Senate hearing room, was bad-mouthed by them while in waiting-lines, and harassed in the office taken over by these “non-insurrection” protestors while trying to get my pre-arranged ticket which they had dumped. (Interestingly, when complaining to police how the “progressive” protestors had taken over Senator Grassley’s office, the Capitol Police replied: “This is a public space, open to the people, and we cannot stop them from exercising their right of speech and assembly”). TTN Staff – The White House is preparing for a fierce battle with Democrats on the road to confirming Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. In response, The White House has formed a highly specialized communications team designed to defend the nominee. According to senior White House officials, the team is divided into two camps: one focused on guiding Barrett through the confirmation process and the other focused on communications.
These “knife fighters” have extensive experience and include White House Counsel Pat Cipollone and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows. Each has personal experience in the confirmation process from working with confirming Supreme Court Justices in the past and will play “integral roles” on Capitol Hill to ensure Barrett has the 51 votes she will need.
