By definition rental is seldom a permanent thing. Oftentimes people live in apartments for six months to a few years owing to an employment opportunity, or something similar. When you’re more comfortable and healthy, it allows your mind to operate more peacefully. When your mind is more peaceful, you’re likely going to do better at work, which will increase your chances of expanding personal profitability over time.
