A Citizen Suing the Department of Justice Needs More than Just a Winning Legal Argument

Sharyl Attkisson – As I fight on with my computer intrusion lawsuit against the U.S. government, it seems to intersect more clearly with current events every day. And it points to an even larger story.

How widespread is improper government surveillance of journalists, politicians and other U.S. citizens in the name of the fight against terrorism? A few of us found out we were targeted only because we were lucky enough to be alerted by inside sources or other unique ways. How many others were targeted, monitored and watched by government officials but still have no idea it happened?

Who is behind the move to use government surveillance tools against innocent Americans? Do some of these officials still work inside the government? Were some of them the very same officials now implicated in alleged surveillance abuses during Campaign 2016?

The Case

In late January, an appeals court heard oral arguments in my federal lawsuit, now entering its fourth year. A panel of three judges will determine what happens next. Here are several possible outcomes: Continue reading

There Is a Pony in the Mueller Heap of Dung

AmericaClarice Feldman – It is increasingly obvious that there is a pony in the heap of Mueller Trump-Russia dung, and the pony is a corrupt FBI and CIA covering up their unlawful conduct.  Even the best efforts by the wrongdoers’ media mouthpieces are not sufficient to keep us from seeing that.

The Heap

Despite spending millions of dollars, hiring 13 of the most vicious anti-Trump prosecutors available, and having allies in the DoJ and FBI continuing to delay congressional efforts to reveal the machinations of their anti-Trump colleagues, it is increasingly obvious that they have turned up no evidence of any Trump-Russia collaboration.  (Something common sense would have indicated at the outset.)

Top 10 Crimes Committed by the Corrupt and Conflicted Mueller Investigation

muellerJoe Hoft – The Mueller Gang of corrupt and conflicted FBI and DOJ operatives has participated in numerous corrupt and criminal actions.  It’s long past time to turn the page on this terrible chapter in US history and lock these scoundrels up. Here is a list of the (at least) top 10 criminal actions taken by the Mueller team.

The Mueller investigation is criminal and corrupt and above all unconstitutional. We provided a list of 10 reasons in April describing why the Mueller investigation is unconstitutional.

Here is our list of the 10 material crimes committed by the Mueller gang

1. Rosenstein’s special counsel order identifies collusion as the crime but no such crime exists in US Law.

In Kavanaugh Battle, are Ford’s Lawyers Representing Her, or the Democrats?

AttorneyGregg Jarrett – Professor Christine Blasey Ford – who has accused Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her some 36 years ago – may well have been betrayed and victimized by her own attorneys, who are Democratic activists with a record of fierce opposition to President Trump.

As a result, the attorneys ostensibly representing Ford may have breached their client’s trust and violated their ethical responsibility to act in her best interests. They may instead be motivated primarily by a desire to block President Trump’s appointment of a conservative justice to the nation’s highest court. An investigation of their conduct is warranted to determine if this is the case.

Kavanaugh has strongly denied Ford’s claim that he groped her, tried unsuccessfully to take off her clothes, and covered her mouth to stop her from screaming when the two were high school students. “I’ve never sexually assaulted anyone,” he told the Senate Judiciary Committee at his confirmation hearing Thursday. FBI: McCain Fed Classified Intel To Fusion GPS To Rig Election For Hillary

fbiSean Adl-Tabatabai – Sen. John McCain illegally fed classified FBI intelligence to Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele in order to help Hillary Clinton discredit Trump prior to the 2016 election.

According to FBI insiders, McCain was provided top-secret names of “problematic Russians” the FBI had recently investigated or were in the process of investigating. Senior FBI executives, including Comey, worked with McCain to provide the classified list of names to the Clinton campaign as part of their opposition research on Trump.

Truepundit.com reports: One of the names on the list was embattled Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya who was considered an international security risk and prior to the June 2016 sit down at Trump Tower was not even allowed entry into the United States or the UK, federal sources said.

Veselnitskaya also set up the infamous meeting at Trump Tower weeks after her name was handed off to McCain. The same meeting was used as an excuse to wiretap Trump associates. Continue reading
