How to See Your Own Aura

The ability to see your own aura is not as superhuman as many people believe. Anyone can attain this ability with some tips. A human aura is a colored emanation that encloses the human body or object. In specific esoteric subjects, the aura is said to be a subtle body.  Holistic practitioners and psychics claim to possess the ability to see the color, size, and type of vibrations that make an aura.

You could also practice seeing your aura by following these guidelines:

The Technique

auraYou should begin with using a mirror, but you need to ensure that the lighting conditions are right and also have a backdrop for yourself with uniform coloring. You can use tan and white for best results. Use bright lights and be at least 5 feet from the mirror. Seeing auras from this step requires that you observe the area around your body while ensuring you don’t look at the backdrop or yourself.

You need to watch some inches away from the skin to see if there is something similar to the diffused light that is often caused by gases. When you are starting to learn, it might not appear shimmery. Don’t expect that the color will come up off the bat. Archangel Michael – Beloved masters, let us again review some of the basic teachings which are so vitally important during these critical times of transformation. As you move forward on the path of en-lighten-ment, and you come to a better understanding of cosmic law and the workings of the universe, we welcome the opportunity to occasionally give you a better understanding of some of the concepts of creation and the complexity of the physical vessel. Therefore, we would like to give you an in-depth explanation of the composition of the etheric body and its importance in the process of ascension.

The etheric body (or etheric web), which is much finer in substance than the earthly body, refers to the invisible counterpart of the physical body. The etheric body is composed of the physical aura, which conveys your physical state of health via various colors and the distortions, or lack thereof, within the etheric web pattern. The emotions of pain, suffering and resentment are thought forms which are keeping you from embracing and becoming the bearer of light you were meant to be. The auric field is the invisible electromagnetic force field that surrounds the physical body, and it magnifies energy to you and radiates vibrational frequency patterns from you.

The aura of the mental body within the etheric web is almost non-existent in those who are trapped in the restrictions of the third and lower fourth dimensions. That is because they see the world and events through a filter of illusion created by their past beliefs, thoughts and actions.

When existing in a third-/fourth-dimensional environment, the dominating force within the emotional body is the astral plane. Therefore, a vast majority of people are under the influence of their base personality and the ego desire body, which is composed of unfulfilled yearnings from the past, as well as emotional imbalances and feelings of being unworthy and/or unloved. One of the most dramatic phases of the ascension process is moving through the distortions of the emotional mass-consciousness belief system into the stability, freshness and harmony of the higher dimensions.

Our Consciousness is Part of the Material World

auraDylan Harper – The human aura is an electromagnetic field that emits from any living thing. It is comprised of many layers, with each aura layer having its own function or role. An aura is not separate from the physical body but is an extension of it in different composition.

To compare, the characteristics of planet Earth include physical and atmospheric layers. The attributes of each layer are different in likeness, appearance and function; each is an interconnected part incorporating the entity as entirely complete.

Continuing to use the Earth as a working example of how the human aura serves to function, its layers interactively exchange information with each other. The layers serve as a system of feedback and can indicate states of health, patterns of activity, stagnancy and warn of forthcoming ailments or disease.

As the Earth becomes more densely polluted, sections of its atmosphere will suggest the presence of ailment. By observing patterns of the wind, temperature, air flow and pressure, it allows for accurate predictions of stormy weather between different zones. Our awareness or neglect of this system of feedback can mean the difference between preventive maintenance and a result that is costly in damage. All of this information can be detected through observation of atmospheric changes.

Human auras are similar – the aura layers relay specific feedback between our physical body and its functioning systems, our mental and emotional states of being, and they exchange information with other auras that we interact with.

auraOwen K Waters – In order to understand the nature of evil, it is more revealing to study its underlying nature and then translate that into physical reality.

In a universe filled with love and light, both of which are freely available to all, the universal flow passes through people, empowering them as it passes. However, some people try to keep as much love and light as possible for themselves, interrupting the natural flow.

It Shows Up in the Human Aura

This act of restricting or stopping the natural flow produces a tell-tale appearance of darkness in the aura of that person. A person’s aura can be seen by a clairvoyant, or by anyone else with enough practice. However, you don’t have to practice seeing auras in order to know what is in them. Everyone senses the auras of others and reacts according to the meaning of that which they sense. Intuitively, you know everything you need to know about a person when you first lay eyes upon them, or even upon their photograph.

Is there, for example, a secret agenda behind the words that a certain person is speaking? Here, a little inner sensitivity goes a long way in providing such answers.

The human aura is an envelope of etheric energy surrounding the body. Etheric energy is pre-physical energy, more subtle than the electromagnetic energy which makes up physical matter. In the spirit realms, which you visit each night as your body sleeps, etheric energy can be plainly seen as a subtle light which illuminates the environment.
