Igor Danchenko Arrested as Part of Durham Investigation

Durham indictmentJonathan Turley – The office of Special Counsel John Durham has confirmed that Igor Danchenko, a key source for British ex-spy Christopher Steele, has been arrested. This is the third arrest by Durham who is moving toward the prosecution stage of his investigation into the origins of the Russian collusion scandal.

Durham is variously described as either painfully methodical or positively glacial as a prosecutor.  But he is widely credited with being a dogged and absolutely apolitical prosecutor. Danchenko’s arrest is a seismic development and confirmed Durham is far from done with his investigation.

There IS Russian Collusion but not from the Trump campaign

From and observer of truth neither Republican or Democrat.

Russian collusionJames Gilliland – Russian collusion special counsel began with a salacious unverified dossier created by Russian agents gathered by Christopher Steele a British MI6 agent paid for by the Clinton Foundation referred to as opposition research.

James Comey brought the dossier to President Trump’s attention knowing it was salacious and unverified then proceeded to file for a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump Administration.

The Russian salacious and unverified dossier was used in the FISA courts to get warrants to spy on the Trump organization, not informing them it was paid for by the Clinton Foundation under opposition research. This is illegal. Everyone needs to be held accountable who signed off on the FISA warrants. From its inception this special counsel was based on a lie.

General Flynn was targeted due to his engaging in legal job-related phone calls with Russia, all recorded. General Flynn made this clear to special agents and did not lie. He knew everything was recorded and they already had the information. It was a perjury trap, as with the other targets.  This opened the door to illegally spy on the entire Trump organization and politically weaponized the agencies.   Continue reading

Major Revelations From James Comey’s Interview With Lawmakers

comeyRusty – Former FBI Director James Comey took part in a closed-door interview with congressional lawmakers on Friday, with the release of the transcript leading to a few notable revelations.

During the questioning, Comey noted that Donald Trump was not part of the initial investigation into Russian election meddling, confessed that the infamous Steele dossier was not verified either before or after they used it to obtain a FISA warrant, and suddenly couldn’t recall things when put on the spot.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) released the 235-page transcript of the hearing as part of an agreement with Comey, who initially grandstanded and demanded a public hearing. He later caved with the realization he didn’t have any standing to make demands.

The transcript reveals a few interesting tidbits … Continue reading

FBI Email Chain Involving Comey May Be Most Damning Evidence of FISA Abuses

comeyCristina Laila – Republican lawmakers have discovered a new email chain between the FBI and DOJ that may be the most damning evidence of FISA abuses yet.

The emails are classified and lawmakers are asking President Trump to declassify them along with other pertinent Russia docs.

Former FBI Director James Comey is reportedly in this long email chain which is dated October of 2016 – just before the FBI obtained its first FISA warrant on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page.

According to award winning journalist John Solomon, sources are saying there are two very damning pieces of evidence in this new document that the FBI withheld from Congress for two years.

If these documents are released, the American public will have clear and convincing evidence to see the FISA warrant that escalated the Russia probe just before Election Day was flawed and the judges (were) misled,” one knowledgeable source told John Solomon. Continue reading

UK Gov’t Bans Media From Reporting Skripal’s Role In Trump-Russia Dossier

MillerSean Adl-Tabatabai – The UK government has issued an international ban on reporters covering Sergei Skripal’s role within MI6 in creating the Trump-Russia dossier.

The western public has been led to believe that double-agent Skripal and his daughter were poisoned by Russia as alleged payback for his betrayal of Russia.

However, due to a government-issued DSMA-Notice, reporters haven’t been allowed to tell the public about Skripal’s links to Pablo Miller – a senior MI6 agent who worked closely with Orbis Intelligence and Christopher Steele.

Thefreethoughtproject.com reports: It is important to remember that Orbis Intelligence is Christopher Steele’s company that was paid by the Clinton campaign to create a dossier of opposition research that was used as a basis for FISA warrants on the Trump campaign. In fact, as the New Yorker reported, Steele’s position itself within MI6 likely involved direct contact with Skripal: Continue reading
