Adam Schiff Confirms Democratic Memo Contains ‘Sources and Methods’

Schiff Richard Pollock – White House problems with the Democrats’ “rebuttal memo” on the surveillance of Trump associates are genuine and the document could disclose “sources and methods,” California Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence confirmed.

“We need to go through that and identify that which remains classified and would implicate sources and methods or investigative interests,” he said at a newsmaker’s breakfast meeting on Wednesday sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor.

His comments constituted a direct rebuke to his party’s top boss in the House of Representatives, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

White House counsel Don McGahn said in a statement Friday that Trump was “inclined” but “unable” to declassify the Democrat’s 10-page memo because it “contains numerous properly classified and especially sensitive passages,” according to Politico. AG Jeff Sessions Must be Fired or He Must Resign [w/ Video]

sessionsJoe Hoft – For months it’s been clear that AG Sessions is a total failure. He recused himself and then hired crook Rod Rosenstein as Asst AG who then created the crooked Mueller investigation.  If this republic is to [continue, Sessions must go!

The US cannot have multiple layers of laws. It’s impossible to have some individuals who do not have to abide by the same laws as the rest of the population.  We also cannot stand for the corrupt FBI, DOJ and State Departments (amongst others) that are able to spy, lie and assault Americans for faulty crimes.  Obama’s Administration was corrupt and dishonest at all levels and so it’s no surprise that the entire federal government is corrupt.  These people must be swept out.  It’s starts with AG Sessions!

AG Sessions praised Asst AG Rosenstein the same day Rosenstein was identified in the FISA memo as one of the individuals who signed off on the slanderous FISA memo to spy on President Trump.  Mueller’s investigation is full of former Clinton and Obama corrupt cronies.  The FBI and DOJ continue to delay and prevent Congress from seeing information requested for month.  Much of the information is unnecessarily redacted from the individuals (Congress) who has the mandate to oversee these same institutions. The Ascendancy of the DC Swamp Creatures

trumpPatricia McCarthy – Why are so many of the people who have risen to the top of our government institutions, those who become the leaders or directors of our alphabet agencies, so imperious, so devious, so malevolent, so lacking in character and so disdainful of the American people?  How is it that people of good character no longer want to work for the government or run for elective office?   The answer: because it is not just a swamp, it is a toxic, venomous morass of self-serving lowlifes.

Consider the people we have come to know a bit about:  Lois Lerner — she was proud and happy to sabotage the non-profit  status of every conservative group who applied for it throughout the Obama administration.  She pled the 5th Amendment when testifying before Congress and walked away with a very generous pension.  John Koskinen, her boss, was even more overtly dismissive of the law when he appeared before Congress.  It was under his leadership that thousands of back-up tapes and emails mysteriously disappeared.  He retired without suffering any consequences of his illegal bad acts. Steele wrote memo based on information fed through Clinton campaign

RT News – People close to Hillary Clinton were feeding information to Christopher Steele who compiled the Trump dossier on Trump’s alleged connections with Russia, according to a criminal referral filed by Republican senators.

A newly-released document from the Senate Judiciary Committee says Steele wrote an additional memo, besides the controversial dossier, using information that came from the Clinton campaign.

The newly-released memorandum is an unclassified and heavily-redacted version of the criminal referral targeting Steele, filed on January 4 by Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham. It is addressed to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Director of the FBI Christopher Wray who Grassley and Graham are asking to investigate Steele. The Center of the Web

ObamaJ. Marsolo – Each day we learn about more corruption that occurred during the Obama administration. We know about the lies of Benghazi, the use of the IRS to target conservative groups, and the lies about Fast and Furious. It has been forgotten as old news, and was ignored by the mainstream media.

We learned about Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe’s wife taking over $700,000 in campaign contributions from Clinton’s money man, Terry McCauliffe, for a minor state office. McCabe has been forced to resign, which is a discharge in employment law, presumably because of his involvement in the $700,000 coupled with the FISA warrant to spy on Trump associates, his meetings with FBI agents Peter Strzok and Linda Page, his role in whitewashing the investigation of Hillary’s email scandal, and the expected IG report.

We learned that Comey wrote the exoneration letter before he interviewed Hillary and other witnesses, how the letter was edited to remove Obama’s name as the recipient of Hillary’s emails from her unsecure email system, and how the letter was changed from “grossly negligent,” which is in the statute, to “extremely careless.” Continue reading “The Center of the Web”

Today Should Be “Memo Release Day”…

executive branchSundance – If the apparent Nunes, Grassley, Goodlatte and Horowitz timing remains as previously evidenced, today should be Memo Release Day.

The White House having allowed a full 36 hours of media discussion time to talk through the SotU address, is poised to permit the Executive Branch declassification approval of the Legislative Branch intelligence work product.

In a last minute effort to block the executive approvals, Minority Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff, claimed last night there were changes to the legislative work product.

Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes shared with Adam Schiff some minor edits to the drafted memo that resulted from the executive branch (FBI Director Wray) making a request upon initial review: Continue reading “Today Should Be “Memo Release Day”…”
