Paul Lenda – Siddhartha Gautama, upon becoming the one we know as the Buddha, had a major realization about suffering. He noticed that suffering occurred when someone was attached to the desire to either have something or not have something. We all have desires, and these desires cause us to suffer, either by becoming angry, afraid, anxious, sad, or some other energetically-contracting emotion.
We suffer when we are attached to a specific outcome. We suffer because we are out of alignment with the true nature of Reality, which is nondualistic, advaita. Our suffering is created by our own minds. All duality is created by a clinging and attached mind. Once you realize this, you notice that when there is no attachment, there is no duality. Nicole Frolick – We live in a (3D) reality that is heavily based in separation, but as many of us begin to reclaim the fractal parts of us back into union, we are collapsing the field of duality. This is a sign of 5D vibration.
I already knew a couple of days ago that I was going to discuss this topic, but last night I started receiving downloads and strong nudges to release this video now. Often times, when my spirit guides and higher self want me to discuss or act upon something sooner rather than later, they wake me up in the middle of the night and bombard me with info and downloads so I can’t sleep. It’s kind of cute, because I feel their excitement. Yet, I also love my sleep!
What’s a girl to do? 😉 Continue reading “Collapsing the Field of Duality [Video]”
Diane Wing, M.A. – As we explore Universal Law, it becomes apparent that these laws are present in every aspect of life surfacing on a regular basis. To recognize and apply them, therefore, is an essential part of understanding our interactions with the Universe and to become adept at flowing with its wisdom.
The Law of Polarity states that: “Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet.”
We are a combination of various energies, each present by degree. Some energies may dominate our nature and others will surface only on special occasions. We are also the essence of the concept of polarity. Polarity differs from duality in that each pole has the essence of the other contained within it. There are ranges and degrees of each aspect housed within the other, inseparable.
Polarity Manifests a Spectrum of Combinations
A continuum of polarities exists within us, and what we manifest is a combination of these polarities in varying degrees. Nothing exists in a pure state; everything blends to form unique and vibrant combinations. The physical and metaphysical aspects inherent in the energy that surrounds us is where the polarity begins; the power generated by opposites yet has the essence of each opposite held within it.

And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand. And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. – Mark 3:24-26
The Duality Paradigm
What is a duality paradigm, and why do we need to transcend it?
David Nova – Duality exists in nearly every aspect of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual existence. We have day and night, light and dark, sun and moon, proton and electron, matter and energy – all examples of natural duality.
We are born male and female, with two arms, two legs, two eyes, two ears, and two nostrils. Even our brains are divided into hemispheres, left and right, one side generally considered analytical and the other creative.
For the most part, we are programed to prejudge all things in creation as either good or bad, better or worse, desired or undesired, depending upon our individual or cultural perspective.
Though such obvious examples of duality appear self-apparent, we often overlook how systems of duality subtly control and manipulate us. Humanity has created many systems of duality for itself, artificial divisions created in the mind – conservative and liberal, Republican and Democrat, West and East, capitalism and communism, religious and secular, winners and losers, normal and deviant. We categorize ourselves with labels to identify and separate ourselves – the preoccupation of the ego. We often feel better about ourselves by thinking less of others.

Looking the wrong way
“In Western civilization the interior life of the individual, with all its richness, finds itself relegated to a minor role in existence. Man is so caught up in the toils of mechanical life that he has neither time to stop or the power of attention needed to turn his mental vision upon himself. Man thus passes his days absorbed by external circumstances. The great machine that drags him along turns without stopping, and forbids him to stop under penalty of being crushed. Today like yesterday, and tomorrow like today, he quickly exhausts himself in the frantic race, impelled in a direction which in the end leads nowhere. Life passes away from him almost unseen, swift as a ray of light, and man falls engulfed and still absent from himself.” – Boris Mouravieff. Gnosis
Elva Thompson – Stirring words from Boris Mouravieff and so very true. Modern man has been engineered to live half a life….to experience only one side of his being. (See Crying for a Dream) He has been manipulated to look to the physical world for answers to his problems, and does not realise there is an inner world of spectacular potential hidden from his ‘sight’. Neither does he understand that all manifested form has an energetic cause.
Two pillars-two poles
“The principle of Polarity-embodies the truth that all manifested beings have two sides; two aspects; two poles; a pair of opposites, with manifold degrees between the two extremes.” – The Kybalion.
The two pillars depicted in esoteric symbolism represent the forces of duality: matter and spirit; dark and light. Most people tend to think in terms of opposites, and believe the two aspects of polarity are separate and independent of each other. They cannot comprehend that rather than being separate, opposites are in varying degrees the manifestation of a single principle.
It is the law of duality and personality polarity that binds man’s limited awareness to the matrix game of opposites. A game he cannot escape until he wakes up to the understanding that his world has been ‘set up’ for him-as a ‘whirled’ of conflict.
