How to Pursue Justice Without Losing Your Emotional Stability

If you’re supposed to take the moral high ground, shouldn’t you avoid any form of retaliation, even if it’s justified under the law?

The dilemma is solved by recognizing your duty to be kind and fair to yourself. Being kind to yourself means not letting other people use and abuse you.
