Rats Leaving the Ship

SussmanBrooks Agnew – Marc Elias’s recent departure from the Perkins Coie law firm is related to an investigation by special counsel John Durham into the origins of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) surveillance of former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign, Amanda Milius, director of The Plot Against the President, said on Monday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.

Durham’s investigation led to a grand jury’s indictment of Michael Sussman, another lawyer who also recently resigned from Perkins Coie, for making a false statement to the FBI. Sussman is alleged to have lied about his representation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign when he requested a meeting with the FBI’s general counsel to accuse the Trump Organization of “covert communications” with a Russian bank. They Let Us Down and It’s Hard to Trust Them Again

supreme courtAndrew W. Coy – As we grow up, age and mature, we come to think that there are some that we can count on to call it straight.  We can count on umpires to be neutral arbitrators of the strike zone.  We thought we could rely on the Supreme Court to judge all laws, all ideas, all thoughts, all regulations, and all speech according to the U.S. Constitution.  We thought scientists would pursue the truth.

I don’t think we were being Pollyannaish, nor looking for rainbows, not ever acting as if we live in Mayberry.  But at a certain age, we came to expect and appreciate certain political bodies, certain government agencies, and specific non-profits to judge all and everything according to the Constitution and rule of law.  Even if we did not agree with them on a specific matter; we knew where they were coming from.  We thought they would always be pure in their motivation.  We thought they came at us straight and true. Frauds: The Election, Media, Congressional Dems, and the FBI

Clarice Feldman – The first of this week’s two biggest stories was Friday evening’s action by the Supreme Court refusing to hear the lawsuit brought by Texas and other states respecting the evident fraud in the balloting in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Michigan. I expressed my views on this yesterday here: ‘A Republic, If You Can Keep It’ | The Pipeline

In short,  I believe if the Court had decided to take it, it would not have decided who won these states. Instead, had it decided that the electors from those states were chosen illegally, it would have remanded the complaints to the legislatures of these states, which have the responsibility to fashion a remedy. In any event, had they decided to throw out the electoral votes of those states,  Biden would still have one more electoral vote than President Trump, as the majority is determined by the number of electoral votes actually cast. FBI Russia probe was broken from start

Clinton campaign liesJohn Solomon – Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has been authorized by President Trump to declassify this week highly sensitive evidence that shows the FBI had immediate warning signs that its Russia collusion probe was based on flawed evidence and a political dirty trick launched by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Officials told Just the News the evidence to be made public will provide the underlying materials supporting the explosive revelation Ratcliffe made last week: In fall 2016, U.S. intelligence referred to the FBI information that Hillary Clinton had ordered her 2016 campaign to concoct a false narrative that Democratic rival Donald Trump was colluding with Moscow.

The officials said the information could be released as early as Tuesday. Trump gave the instructions while in the hospital over the weekend for coronavirus treatment, they also said. Continue reading
