obamaThe Horn News – Ever since President Donald Trump was elected in Nov. 2016, the legacy of former President Barack Obama has been under siege.

Obama fought for years to preserve his legacy — but it’s all being unraveled. And it’s getting worse by the day.

Tuesday night, the courts delivered a devastating, $500 million dollar punch in the gut to the former president.

A federal judge gave the green light to a lawsuit that aims to completely stop the delayed construction of Obama’s $500 million presidential center in a Chicago park beside Lake Michigan.

Obama’s political allies had hoped the court would grant a city motion to throw out the lawsuit by Protect Our Parks, some fearing any drawn out litigation might lead Obama to decide to build the Obama Presidential Center somewhere other than his hometown. Continue reading →

Robert Mueller Seeking Immunity for Tony Podesta to Testify Against Paul Manafort….

podestaSundance – When it was first discovered Tuesday that Robert Mueller had filed a motion (full pdf below) to grant limited immunity to five witnesses; and simultaneously seal the court records -protecting them- therein; the benefactors of that immunity request were predictably expected to include: Tony Podesta, and/or John Podesta, and/or Kimberley Fritts and/or Rick Gates; in exchange for their testimony against Paul Manafort.

The reason is simple, Paul Manafort was a business associate working with Tony Podesta lobbying on behalf of Ukraine; Kimberley Fritts was Podesta’s CEO.  Paul Manafort was not a registered lobbyist, violating FARA rules; however, neither was Tony or John Podesta.  Manafort and the Podesta brothers were all guilty of the same crime.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller only prosecuted Paul Manafort, he did not prosecute Tony Podesta.  That is an example of bias…. but wait, it gets worse.  According to the motion, Tony Podesta was refusing to give testimony to Mueller and invoking his fifth amendment privilege against self-incrimination.  So what does Mueller do? Update: Federal Judge drops bomb in the Monsanto vs. Maui case

Jon Rappoport – On April 15, Federal Judge Susan Oki Mollway dropped a bomb in Monsanto vs. Maui.

stateShe ruled that the case cannot go to Hawaii State Court, but will remain under her federal jurisdiction.

The federal government’s support for Monsanto is even greater than the State Government of Hawaii’s.

And the will of Maui County voters—to put a temporary block on Monsanto’s toxic, local, GMO/pesticide experiments—is now diluted at a new remote level.

Maui County can’t enforce the vote, and neither can the State of Hawaii. Now a federal court will decide whether to nullify the will of Maui voters.

This is dictatorship.

Among the obvious reasons for refusing to allow this matter to be settled at a state level, there is a hidden factor: a guiding principle invoked in the Hawaii State Constitution:

“Each person has the right to a clean and healthful environment, as defined by laws relating to environmental quality, including control of pollution and conservation, protection and enhancement of natural resources. Any person may enforce this right against any party, public or private, through appropriate legal proceedings, subject to reasonable limitations and regulation as provided by law.” Continue reading →
