Comey and the De-class According to Plan

comeyJohn Michael Chambers – When you look up in the dictionary the words “Bad Cop” you see a picture of James Comey. I believe that Comey will be indicted, prosecuted, charged and justice will be served.

Do not be swayed by the former FBI Director’s smug comments or by the fact that AG Barr has not YET, indicted Comey. I believe it is coming in the next phase of the de-class and all according to plan.

The DOJ and the President have barely begun. Remember, please, we are at war to resurrect America and restore power back to the people. This is an intelligence battle of which we are winning.

The pendulum has now shifted. They have gone from being the hunters to the hunted. Team Trump is creating the awareness with the release of the IG report, that James Comey is as corrupt as they come. His behavior indicates that he believes he is above the law. Comey continues to further bury himself. He and others, are falling for the trap. FISA brings down the house. Get ready. Continue reading

Comey Was Not a Whistleblower – His Motive Was to Trigger a Special Counsel

uranium oneCristina Laila – Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett pushed back on claims that former FBI Director James Comey was a heroic “whistleblower” when he leaked his memos to his lawyers.

Washington DC swamp attorney Bradley Moss attacked Trump for quoting Gregg Jarrett’s claims that Comey could have been charged with theft of government documents for keeping his classified memos in his personal safe in his home, rather than in a SCIF [Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility].

Bradly Moss also questioned Gregg Jarrett’s legal expertise.

“If Gregg Jarrett were a real lawyer he would know the DOJ Criminal Resource Manual rejects applying 18 USC 641 in a situation like the one involving Comey,” Bradley Moss said. Continue reading

James Comey Wants An Apology? This is Myth Becoming Madness

ComeyJonathan Turley – Two years ago, former FBI Director James Comey came out with a book that celebrated himself as a paragon of “ethical leadership,” a subject that he later taught at the College of William and Mary.

Comey declared, “Ethical leaders lead by seeing above the short term, above the urgent or the partisan, and with a higher loyalty to lasting values, most importantly the truth.” If that is the case, the new Justice Department inspector general report released on Thursday establishes that Comey is the very antithesis of the ethical leader he described. Comey was found to have violated both federal law and regulations for his own gain, and he made critical decisions that put personal over institutional interests.

Coming Legal Attractions

James ComeyClarice Feldman – In Democracy in America Alexis de Tocqueville wrote about his perceptions of America almost 200 years ago. Much of his observations have stood the test of time. Among them his views of Americans’ respect for the legal system:

Scarcely any question arises in the United States which does not become, sooner or later, a subject of judicial debate; hence all parties are obliged to borrow the ideas, and even the language, usual in judicial proceedings in their daily controversies. Continue reading

From Russiagate to Spygate: The Story that Covers the Story

trumpAnn Kreilkamp – We’re starting to get wind of the origins of the fake Russia collusion narrative that wasted two years of taxpayer money and much of the government’s time and energy. Not to mention being a constant thorn in President Trump’s side. And, as Dave, of the X22 report continuously intones, “It’s not the crime that gets them, it’s the cover-up.” Dave Janda weighs in too, and it may be that Janda is the original source of the intel on the cover-up.

In sum: the elaborate Russia! Russia! nonsense was concocted to cover criminal spying that was going on prior to attempts to pretend to legalize it. That’s why we now call it SPYGATE. And as our new Attorney General, the indomitable William Barr notes, sardonically, “Spying on a political campaign. . . is a big deal.”

I’m sure these are not the only people talking about this story behind the story. But they are the ones I noticed. Meanwhile, here’s a long article detailing this fantabulous, long-running, non-fiction crime thriller, sent as a comment to this blog by Reader Rose (also a friend of SF). Continue reading
