Act Blue: The Real CoupBrooks Agnew – Nobody really knew who James O’Keefe was back in 2009, but when he and an associate went around the country catching employees at ACORN offices on video helping out with what turned out to be a hypothetical scam involving a pimp who was setting up a brothel full of underaged girls and the products of those exploits were tumbling onto the pages of Andrew Breitbart’s then-new site Big Government, O’Keefe got very famous very fast.

Since then, he’s been one of the most active conservative media figures in America, pumping out investigative journalism in a fire-hose stream. Not everything has worked out, as one might imagine — when O’Keefe and his team tried a more satirical video chiding then-Sen. Mary Landrieu’s office staff for their refusal to answer their phones following Landrieu’s Obamacare vote, the senator’s allies went after him and ultimately got him enmeshed in a federal criminal prosecution for supposedly “wiretapping” her office, something he didn’t do. Justice Department Accused of Assault on Free Speech

free speechJonathan Turley – I previously wrote about deep concerns over the FBI investigation of Project Veritas over the missing diary of Ashley Biden, daughter of President Joe Biden.

The use of the FBI in a case involving a missing diary is itself difficult to square with its priorities, let alone the different treatment given the New York Times.  Now, counsel for Project Veritas has filed a motion detailing what could be a very serious violation of court orders as well as an attack on free speech and free press.

James O’Keefe vows to sue Twitter

Twitter the twitAnnaliese Levy – Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe’s Twitter account was suspended Thursday for violations of “manipulation and spam,” the social media platform said.

O’Keefe’s permanent suspension comes one day after he released secretly-recorded clips of a CNN staffer admitting to pushing an anti-Trump narrative on the network and using “propaganda” to get Trump out of office during the 2020 election.

O’Keefe said he plans to sue Twitter for defamation. Continue reading

Google Execs Go Into Hiding After James O’Keefe’s Latest Exposé

googleCristina Laila – James O’Keefe and Project Veritas released alarming new undercover video, leaked documents, and testimony from a Google insider revealing the tech giant’s plans to meddle in US politics and “prevent a Trump situation in 2020.”

One aspect of the report features undercover footage of longtime Google employee and Head of Responsible Innovation, Jen Gennai, saying Google has been working diligently to “prevent” the results of the 2016 election from repeating in 2020, meaning they are actively engaging in election meddling and working to elect someone from the Democratic Party.
