Take Your Time

Take Your TimeDavid R Hamilton, Ph.D. -I’ve learned an important lesson over the past few months since my Dad passed away.

I always seem to be busy. There’s always a time, a line in the sands of time, that things have to be done by. And it’s always tight. Some things take many hours. I feel a constant time-pressure.

My To-Do list never gets any smaller. In fact, most days, unfinished tasks roll over to the next day so that my To-Do list gets bigger rather than smaller. Even when I finish something, there’s always a long list of other things that need my attention. Continue reading

The main theme for November is “A New Fertility”

A New FertilityLena Stevens – The first part of November, until the full moon on the 8th, remains an intense time between the 2 eclipses where anything can happen and the energy is tumultuous, unpredictable, somewhat accident prone, and can lean towards irritation, anger and restlessness. Remember that this is a time that supports transformational change and should be used wisely so don’t dwell on shortcomings and negativity.

Use this time as an important reset for yourself that may include some letting go of negative habitual behavior, addictions and situations that are toxic. Once we survive the next eclipse we have an opportunity to reboot our landscape and take a look at what we wish to initiate moving forward. Continue reading

The Value Of Patience

patienceVeronica – In a world of chaos, the search for patience can become a tedious journey. Yes. The focus needed for such a perspective often feels out of reach or nonexistent in this reality.

We realize that you, as an incarnate, can have a difficult time in the maintenance of patience. Energy build up with the anticipation of a creative moment can implode into a messy splatter of energy destroying often all hope of the final manifestation. Continue reading

Be Patient

healingKate Spreckley – This month fresh new energy is being breathed into our world clearing out the old and bringing a renewed sense of inspiration and creativity. Sudden realizations and revelations will arise that may disrupt our plans and divert our course. As a result, we are urged to step out of habitual ways of thinking and being and into a space of flexibility and fluidity.

In 2022 you are preparing the foundations that will define the course through which your inner visions can manifest into being. However, before you bring anything new into form you are required to break down the structures that are no longer compatible with who you have become. All aspects of your life need to be assessed and whatever is obsolete or unnecessary released.

At this time, you may feel driven to push forward and get things going but there are insights, information, and clarity which you still need. Be patient and recognize that everything unfolds in its right time.

The 3 Treasures of Taoism That Lead to a Happy Life

compassionPaul Lenda – In Taoism, there are three qualities of life and self that Lao Tzu has called treasures. I’m not talking about jing, qi, and shen, which are treasures in themselves but are different types of energy. The three treasures I am referring to are simplicity, patience, and compassion.

As Lao Tzu said in the Tao Te Ching, “I have just three things to teach: simplicity, patience, compassion. These three are your greatest treasures. Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to the source of being. Patient with both friends and enemies, you align with the way things are. Compassionate toward yourself, you strengthen your connection with all beings in the world.”

Let’s break this down and look at each treasure individually. Continue reading
