Sundance – Attorney Cleta Mitchell appears with Lou Dobbs to discuss Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s plans to leave the DOJ in the coming weeks.
About two minutes into this discussion clear-eyed Dobbs asks when people are going to admit the Mueller probe was all about covering-up prior corruption; thereby positioning Cleta Mitchell to outline a specific example of how Speaker Paul Ryan worked against HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes to undermine any investigative inquiry. Sundance – Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova appears on WMAL radio for a discussion of the joint house committee issuing subpoenas for Loretta Lynch, James Comey and Sally Yates. diGenova brings up a good point, what happens if they just simply refuse to comply? Answer: Nothing. From diGenova’s perspective it’s chaff and countermeasures.

Sundance – Two distinct issues within the corruption story: (1) FISA abuse during the election; (2) A soft-coup attempt following the election. Though there is overlap surrounding the motive behind both issues, each is an independent and unique investigative pathway. John Ratcliffe does a great job walking through each distinction.
Texas Representative John Ratcliffe is one of the few Judiciary Committee members who has reviewed the totality of all classified FISA information held by the DOJ and FBI. Ratcliffe discusses the upcoming testimony of Nellie Ohr and how that pertains to the ongoing investigation into FISA abuses by Sally Yates and Andrew McCabe.

Joe Hoft – Rod Rosenstein by overseeing the Mueller “Witch Hunt”is the most conflicted individual in US history. He created the memo recommending Comey be fired, he signed off on FISA warrant to spy on President Trump and he seriously discussed wiring himself and setting up the President. Yet, in spite of these, he is the creator, overseer, witness, prosecutor and judge of the Mueller investigation.
Gregg Jarrett laid out this case in an overnight op-ed with FOX News. In his piece Jarrett brilliantly lays to waste the current actions of corrupt DAG Rod Rosenstein.
“I argued in a column two weeks ago that Rosenstein’s reported plot to overthrow the president was the equivalent of a coup attempt and should not go unpunished. Now there is even more incriminating evidence coming from Baker, McCabe, and Page that Rosenstein sought to overturn the decision of the American people to elect Donald Trump as our president. John Solomon – Don’t tell former FBI general counsel James Baker that those now-infamous discussions about secretly recording President Trump and using the tapes to remove him from office were a joke.
He apparently doesn’t believe it. And he held quite the vantage point — he was on the inside of the bureau’s leadership in May 2017, when the discussions occurred.
Baker told Congress last week that his boss — then-acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe — was dead serious about the idea of surreptitiously recording the 45th president and using the evidence to make the case that Trump should be removed from office, according to my sources.
