The Media, Mueller, the Big Con and the Democratization of Narrative

conCharles Hugh Smith – Here’s the fundamental “story” of the Mueller Investigation: elites don’t like “the little people” democratizing public narratives. The elites–who reckon their right to rule is self-evident–want to set the narrative and the context, because that’s the foundation of power: once you get the citizenry to agree on your narrative and context, you secure two valuable things: 1) political legitimacy and 2) their obedience.

Elite anxiety over the “the little people” democratizing narratives is not a new phenomenon. Elites have demanded control of any media outlet that doesn’t parrot their line and have tried to declare skeptical inquiry sedition for generations, stretching back to the founding of the Republic.

The elite interest in controlling the narrative and context long predates the era of “fake news.” Please read this excerpt from the 1991 book The Radicalism of the American Revolution about the democratization of everyday life in post-Revolutionary War America (1790 – 1830): Continue reading

Democrats Just Can’t Quit Russiagate – George Soros Is Paying Them to Believe

democratsAmerican Liberty Report – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has laid down the law for her party’s crazy caucus, telling The Washington Post Magazine, “I’m not for impeachment.” Despite her slow and sad public decline into dementia, Pelosi still has enough of her faculties to know that she will lose the Speaker’s gavel in 2020 if she doesn’t rein in her nutjob underlings.

Washington is swirling with rumors that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russiagate Witch Hunt is about to wrap up. That means Democrats know they won’t be able to keep the entire collusion hoax propped up for very much longer.

The Dems have had to pivot from one lie to another so many times throughout the collusion hoax that they’ve erased their short-term memory. Just a year ago, Congressmen Al Green (D-TX) and Brad Sherman (D-CA) tried to force a vote on their Articles of Impeachment against the president. Continue reading

There IS Russian Collusion but not from the Trump campaign

From and observer of truth neither Republican or Democrat.

Russian collusionJames Gilliland – Russian collusion special counsel began with a salacious unverified dossier created by Russian agents gathered by Christopher Steele a British MI6 agent paid for by the Clinton Foundation referred to as opposition research.

James Comey brought the dossier to President Trump’s attention knowing it was salacious and unverified then proceeded to file for a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump Administration.

The Russian salacious and unverified dossier was used in the FISA courts to get warrants to spy on the Trump organization, not informing them it was paid for by the Clinton Foundation under opposition research. This is illegal. Everyone needs to be held accountable who signed off on the FISA warrants. From its inception this special counsel was based on a lie.

General Flynn was targeted due to his engaging in legal job-related phone calls with Russia, all recorded. General Flynn made this clear to special agents and did not lie. He knew everything was recorded and they already had the information. It was a perjury trap, as with the other targets.  This opened the door to illegally spy on the entire Trump organization and politically weaponized the agencies.   Continue reading

Adam Schiff Confirms Democratic Memo Contains ‘Sources and Methods’

Schiff Richard Pollock – White House problems with the Democrats’ “rebuttal memo” on the surveillance of Trump associates are genuine and the document could disclose “sources and methods,” California Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence confirmed.

“We need to go through that and identify that which remains classified and would implicate sources and methods or investigative interests,” he said at a newsmaker’s breakfast meeting on Wednesday sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor.

His comments constituted a direct rebuke to his party’s top boss in the House of Representatives, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

White House counsel Don McGahn said in a statement Friday that Trump was “inclined” but “unable” to declassify the Democrat’s 10-page memo because it “contains numerous properly classified and especially sensitive passages,” according to Politico. Continue reading
