Douglas Andrews – Senator Tim Scott has, almost overnight, become the Left’s worst nightmare. And rightly so. After all, what could possibly pose a more serious threat to the Democrat Party’s stranglehold on the black vote than a compelling, principled, and prominent black Republican?
Scott, the junior senator from South Carolina, has been the tip of the GOP spear in its efforts to enact sensible police reform, and yesterday he called out Senate Democrats for their unwillingness to do what “the world’s greatest deliberative body” is supposed to do: deliberate. Julie Kelly – The letter, signed by one of the most powerful lawmakers on Capitol Hill and addressed to Fusion GPS, indicated the jig was up.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) asked Glenn Simpson, Fusion’s co-owner, 13 questions about his involvement with the so-called Steele dossier and ties to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. “When political opposition research becomes the basis for law enforcement or intelligence efforts, it raises substantial questions about the independence of law enforcement and intelligence from politics,” Grassley wrote.
The letter showed that Senate Republicans were aware Christopher Steele was a paid operative working on behalf of Trump’s Democratic enemies inside and outside the government. Further, the dossier wasn’t raw intelligence exposing collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin; Grassley acknowledged the document was anti-Trump propaganda that influenced activity at Barack Obama’s FBI and seeded damaging news articles before the 2016 election. Cristina Laila – Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Tuesday said Trump’s defense team “made a damning indictment of what Hunter and Joe Biden allowed to happen” in Ukraine, with Burisma, and he believes GOP senators will likely vote to call in the Bidens, Eric Ciaramella and other witnesses.
President Trump’s legal team went scorched earth on the Biden crime family on Monday, on day two of the president’s defense during the Senate impeachment trial.
Pam Bondi and Eric Herschmann both exposed Hunter Biden and his pay-to-play schemes in Ukraine and China.
Bondi clearly and concisely showed how Hunter Biden was sitting on the board of a very corrupt Ukrainian natural gas company whilst his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, was tasked with handling Ukrainian relations, and especially Ukrainian corruption. Kristinn Taylor – The Democrat House Managers for the Senate impeachment trial of President Trump have senators in “agony” and “bored out of their minds”, with many nodding off, walking around and even leaving the chamber for extended periods of time according to reports. The boredom was exacerbated by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) forcing debates and votes on eleven doomed motions that dragged out Tuesday’s opening session until almost 2 a.m. EST.
The boredom set in on the first day, Tuesday, and carried on in to Wednesday as Lead House Manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) droned on for hours. Continue reading “Schiff Led House Managers Have Senators in “Agony” and “Bored Out of Their Minds” at Impeachment Trial”
Wayne Allen Root – I understand if you don’t like the style or personality of President Trump. I understand if you don’t like his tweets. I understand if you’re a liberal and you don’t agree with his conservative policies and “America First” agenda. I get all that.
But facts are facts. You have to admit when you’re wrong. The guy is winning for America, American workers, the US economy. He’s not just winning big. We’re all winning big. And it’s all happening while Democrats try to impeach him.
Sure, Trump’s impeachment trial is the big news. But you’re missing the big picture. There’s nothing to write about impeachment. It’s already failed. On the very day the articles of impeachment were handed to the Senate (last Thursday), Trump jumped to 51% approval rating at Rasmussen.
51%. Continue reading “All Democrats Have is Weapons of Mass Distraction”
