Water’s Coherence and all that Quantum Jazz

When we allow water to deteriorate, all life suffers.” — Viktor Schauberger (1885-1958), biomimetic experimenter

“Quantum coherence in water is really what makes life possible.” — Dr. Mae-Wan-Ho (1941-2016)

waterSuzanne Forcese – In WTNY’s continuing conversation with Trever Andrew, the developer of Sewllkwe Book, and Jonathan Butts, CEO of Natural Action Technologies, we explored the concept of “coherence in water” and in so doing made a quantum leap.

The quantum domain has different laws from the classical Newtonian. Whereas Newtonian physics-trained biochemists struggle to understand the molecular behavior of water, quantum physics looks at a concept referred to as “quantum entanglement”.

The Fourth Phase of Water

waterDr. Mercola – Water is clearly one of the most important factors for your health — especially when you consider that your body actually consists of over 99 percent water molecules! I sincerely believe water is a really underappreciated part of the equation of optimal health.

I’ve previously interviewed Dr. Gerald Pollack, who is one of the leading premier research scientists in the world when it comes to understanding the physics of water, and what it means to your health.

Besides being a professor of bioengineering at the University of Washington, he’s also the founder and editor-in-chief of a scientific journal called Water, and has published many peer-reviewed scientific papers on this topic. He’s even received prestigious awards from the National Institutes of Health. Continue reading

Surprising Ways Drinking Water Keeps Your Hair Healthy

hair lossThe benefits of drinking water are many. Unfortunately most people underestimate how this simple act improves overall health and well-being.

Preventive Measures To Assure Clean Drinking Water

waterWater is critical to sustaining life, and an accessible, safe and adequate supply must be availed to all humanity. Clean water is the single most vital building block of ecosystems globally. Continuous improvement of safe drinking water yields tangible health benefits. Undoubtedly, each effort should be made to attain safe drinking water. When water is polluted or contaminated, it destroys nature as well as human health.

Filtering water at home offers defense against impurities that made their way through the local utility. Therefore, if you are using well water in your home, it is important to filter it with the aim of making it safe for you and your family. To further improve the quality of drinking water, experts recommend filtering water at all times.

It is worth noting that well water is harder to filter than regular water; thus, homeowners should invest in extra string filters. There is no sure way of ensuring the water getting into homes is 100% fit for consumption without filtering it. Continue reading

How much water should athletes drink?

waterOne of the most important things to remember when you start a fitness routine is to stay hydrated. However, it’s not always clear as to how much water you should be drinking when exercising. There are many theories, like drinking as much fluid as you lose in sweat or using thirst as an indication of how much and when to drink. However, the answer to the question posed in the title is different. This is because each athlete has individual needs and their water consumption should take this into account.

For one, using thirst as an indication of when to drink water is not always a reliable signal to drink. This is because, by the time you feel thirsty, your body is already slightly dehydrated. The amount of water you should drink depends largely on the intensity and duration of the workout along with other factors, including temperature, humidity, and altitude to age, gender, height and weight.
