Patriot Outlook – President Donald Trump held a rally in Sarasota, Florida, tonight, and the numbers were just massive. They’d started lining up by the thousands, hours before the event. Despite the heat and rain, they hung in there, Trump joked.
Trump first asked for a moment of silence for those who had died in the Surfside building collapse.
He spoke about the importance of the Independence Day weekend, and how much everything was being upended by the Democrats.

“The mission for all of us here tonight is to preserve the legacy of July 4, 1776, and to defend our liberty from the radical left movement that seeks to cancel this date, demolish our heritage, and destroy our beloved nation.
“In just five months, the Biden administration has launched an all out assault on everything we cherish and we value under Joe Biden and the left.”
Trump praised the police and blasted the Democratic effort to defund the police. He also called out the most recent lie of the Biden team to blame the Republicans for defunding the police.
“All law enforcement I want you to know that the American people thank you, they believe in you, they love you, they respect you, they need you,” Trump said. “And we are going to fight for you.
“Law enforcement’s been treated very badly, but we love you. I just met a lot of them back stage. I’ll tell you, these are great people.”
He also took on Critical Race Theory.
Trump reiterated his question that it was important for transparency to know who shot Ashli Babbitt.
To stop the Democrats he said, we were going to need to go all-in to get the Republicans to win in the 2022 midterms.
“We’re going to elect a Republican Congress to terminate Joe Biden’s open border catastrophe, defund his extreme agenda, and give our ICE and border patrol the resources, support, and gratitude they so richly deserve,” he said. “The socialist Democrats have not only brought chaos and bedlam to the border, they brought every bad thing you can have on this border.”
Trump also chastised Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for not being strong enough against the Democrats.
“One of my greatest achievements is explaining the media in this country is corrupt,” Trump said. “And it is corrupt. It will go down as one of my greatest achievements.”
